Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

Host next door has dwarf goats, chickens, ducks, guineas (1 pair regularly visits/patrols the guesthouse yard), a goose, and a couple of dogs. Timberlake Cottage. Your own little paradise just outside Eureka Springs. Small cottage on ridge above Beaver Lake 10 miles west of Eureka. Adjacent to but separate from main house which was originally built to replicate an Irish cottage. Studio style cottage includes bathroom with shower, small kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge & coffee maker. Outdoor bbq grill & seating. Private deck, secluded 6 acre setting at end of private road.

Peaceful location, Located near the Pinnacle shopping area and XNA airport. Space does not share any walls with other living spaces. It is located in our shop building. Fully tiled shower with a large rain shower head. Main room includes a sink, decent size refrigerator, microwave and the essentials to prepare simple meals. Room dimensions are 15x12 plus small bathroom. Bicycles can be available to borrow. Please inquire for details.

Enjoy your own private cottage with all your essentials; You also have access to the property's hot tub and 1 acre pond stocked with catfish, blue gill, and bass! The cottage has a 1 queen size bed and a mattress in the loft . Please note: we do live on this property and the cottage is next to our main house. We have friendly outdoor cats they do freely roam the property.
