Beachfront vacation rentals in Ozark Mountains

This was our third time back! This time around no kids. It is still just as peaceful and beautiful as ever!!

This is our second time staying in Stephanie's place. We will be returning when we can!! Its a beautiful spot and a spacious place for my family!!

We loved our stay here! This cabin and the area are serene and ideal for nature lovers. The river behind the cabin is picturesque with room to fish. We loved walking to the bridge and seeing the surrounding area. We floated the river, and it was so peaceful. Perfect for a family outing! The cabin is very clean with plenty of towels and blankets for our family of four. Scott is attentive if you have any needs. Very friendly! We felt safe and welcomed here. We can’t wait to come back!

This is a little gem in the Ozarks. Very quite and extremely clean. Sitting on the porch over looking the lake was perfect. Kayaks are available for you to use. Host are extremely friendly. This is why i continue to return to this location.

Alan’s spot was private, cozy and well kept. The location is desirable for Sunrise Beach and a great spot to take the dogs.

Wonderful home, beautiful view, fabulous hosts, peaceful surroundings….running out of adjectives!!! I highly recommend this gorgeous vacation home! My family and I spent our Christmas vacation here and had a blast…the hosts had decorated the lodge with Christmas lights, a decorated tree, and lots of Christmas spirit throughout the house. Everything was perfect! Again, thank you for sharing your home with us!

Everything was what we saw in pictures plus more!! 3 private coves. The cove we swam at was safe for kids ages 9-14. (Which are the ages of our kids) the kids loved the bunk beds. This is a perfect family or friends get away. Kayaks and canoes were awesome!! My family didn’t have life jackets, however we found some in lower closet in bunk bed room. Water does get choppy with boats on the weekends so bring life jackets for small children. The only big issue we had, which wasn’t big at all was we didn’t bring mixing bowls and didn’t find any in the cabin. literally was not the end of the world, we made it work! We definitely would love to stay here again. We didn’t need to contact the host as all the rules were stated clearly in our days leading up. The signs to moon shadow are a little small, so make sure you pay attention to the directions provided after entering the gate. Terrain can be steep in some areas. Bring appropriate sandals/shoe’s 5 stars all around. We Lovedthis vacation

The Funderdome was great for our family Easter celebration. It was exactly as advertised and provided everything needed for a wonderful vacation!

This was a great location and the host was super-responsive. We usually got a response back within 5 mins of sending a message. One of the biggest perks of this location was the availability of their 4 level 2 EV chargers(they use the J1772 connection) that the host has at the office about 1/2 mile away from the condo. For our Tesla, it charged at about 34 miles per hour and it was free to use as part of our reservation. The host and her husband were really friendly and helpful - they offered to drive me back to the condo while my car charged, but I chose to bring along some snacks and drinks and just watch Hulu in the car while it charged. The host and her husband live on site, so when we arrived late in the evening, after 8pm, I was able to charge up at the main office so that I wouldn’t have to worry about it the next day. The condo was as described in the post and was very clean. The location was quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect quant getaway right on the water! Host is extremely helpful finding local restaurants and responsive with any questions we had.

we absolutely loved the house and location. The views are as good as nearly any house at Carlton Landing and the porches were my wife's favorite part of the entire trip. Front porch with 2 swings, side porch with dinner table is screened in (had many meals there) and the upstairs screened in porch is the best kept secret of the house. Very clean, workout room was such a plus and proximity to pickleball/tennis/basketball court was so fun for our family. We absolutely hope to stay here again!

Ana and Joseph were very friendly and quick to respond! The place was well kept and recently renovated. The location is perfect if you are planning on spending time on the lake or going to local restaurants / shopping - it was easy to access everything and many places deliver to this location. 😊

Responsive host, great view from bedroom and balcony and very clean!

Diane messaged us well ahead of our check-in and check-out times with clear and helpful instructions. She was always kind and professional. The rules of the house were reasonable and easy to follow. The kitchen had several options for cooking decent meals and even some staple spices that are easy to forget and expensive to buy if you do. We made use of the kayaks and pool in the resort area, and found that to be a fun and cheap way to spend some of our time. The water pressure was good in the shower, the AC worked, and we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The kids enjoyed the bunk bed and there was room for grandpa in the other room too. The area itself is about 20 minutes from all the stuff to do in Branson, but that made it quiet and family friendly at night time. The drive to town was pleasant and our kids liked looking out the window at the pretty landscape as we drove. All in all a good stay and would recommend.

This was our second visit to Blue Haven. Already planning on staying longer next year if she'll have us. Had a slight hiccup with some unwanted pests, but Charla went way above and beyond to get it taken care of and had someone at the home within the hour! She even had a backup place to stay in case we needed it. My girls so love the toys - the lego bin is their favorite, but the lovies, books, games, everything is so so helpful with trying to get some relaxation in with kiddos. The house has everything we need for an easy getaway - even yoga mats for the AM yoga sessions in the community. Looking forward to coming back.

Very personable host. Met us shortly after arrival to make sure all was good. We very much enjoyed close easy access to the river and rock beach. House was very clean and comfortable. Kids loved the game room. Checked in on us several times and as we were checking out. Will definitely stay here again!

Nice! Large yard

My family and I had a peaceful, relaxing stay. Quiet cove with friendly neighbors and the lake in your backyard. Kayaks were fun! House was very clean and stocked well. I would suggest maybe a couple new pots and pans. The ones provided were pretty worn. New game room in the garage was 10/10. My kids absolutely loved it! Overall everything was great and we would definitely stay again.

This place was beautiful and clean!!! The view of the lake was amazing. This is a place that I plan on booking again soon!!! I highly recommend it

Jessica was super nice and responsive and easy to talk to. The house was perfect for two small families to stay together. The kids loved the bunk room and the backyard. We loved that the adults both got full bathrooms attached to the bedrooms. We had such a good time! Lovely place!

This was a GREAT, quiet place for a weekend getaway!

My husband and I spent our anniversary weekend in cabin 3. We were bothering pleased with the whole experience. The hosts thought of everything we only had to call once while at the locationand the response was immediate. if I could give more than 5 stars I woild!!!

We had a good time. Everything was very clean and neat. Mary was great responding anytime I had a question. She let us stay a few hours longer, because our plans had changed. The only complaint we had was the boat dock was under water and we weren’t told in advance. Other than that we would definitely recommend!
