Monthly Rentals in Overton

Beautiful and spacious! Exactly what we were looking for, exceeded expectations! Host was wonderful!

We stayed at Steven's unit for two nights during UVA's graduation exercises. It was great to be a close drive to the campus and downtown Charlottesville. The unit was super clean and felt new and was spacious. The two bedrooms were large and beds were very comfortable. We didn't cook but the kitchen was well-equipped. We did ask about the possibility of getting extra Keurig coffee pods and while we were out a batch appeared! Onsite parking was convenient, as was the mini-mart and gas station the next block over. The neighborhood was quiet, with the exception of lots of lovely bird calls in the morning. If back in town, we would stay here again. Thank you.

Lisa was a very good host and responded to my messages in a reasonable amount of time. The house was nicely decorated and spacious for our group (5 people). The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The location actually turned out to be better than originally thought for what we wanted to see and do. We were basically 10-15 minutes away from downtown Charlottesville, wineries, and Monticello. We had a great time and plan to come back.

Adam’s airbnb was the perfect place for my 1 month stay while working remotely. The space is comfortable, quiet, cozy and so clean. I loved my little kitchen and working from the table in the room. Adam and Brigette were so friendly and communicative the entire time, and they even had their cleaners clean my space once during the stay which was such a nice treat. Lovely home and lovely hosts!
