We had great days in Lemmer. The apartment is clean and tidy and located right in the center! We will be happy to come back.

What a great place, to stay at. I would recommend it to anybody visiting the area. Also the home is very pleasant to stay, very clean, lovely views from th living room, over the pond and the fields. Very quiet location for sleeping. The breakfast is very complete with fresly baked breads and croissants. And Cathie was so kind to let us pet her horses and goats. Thank you for a very nice stay, Cathie!

Dear Hosts, We were warmly welcomed. Everything was sufficiently explained/ shown to us and the herb garden at the house was also at our disposal. We were also immediately helped with the bike search, Auke took care of everything and took us to the bike rental by car. The homemade apple juice (very tasty) and the fresh eggs were a lovely gesture. We felt very comfortable with the two of them!

Such a nice, peaceful and cosy place! We stayed here to discover the Lauwersmeer with its variety of birds. It was lovely to start the day peaceful and end it cosy at Hans-Eriks place. Definitely would recommend! Would love to come back in a different season as well.

We felt super comfortable in Hil's apartment. It is located in a quiet, beautiful side street, 10 minutes' walk from the city center. The apartment is lovingly decorated, the kitchen super functional, the beds comfortable. The garden is the cherry on top! The communication with Hil went perfectly! What a wonderful stay! For the second time we have enjoyed this beautiful and cozy cottage. Everything you need is present – from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds on which you sleep wonderfully. The cottage is neatly clean and really radiates warmth and coziness. Located in a charming and cozy street, it immediately feels like coming home. The host is friendly and helpful, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. Absolutely recommended – we would love to come back!

One tanning house, small and cozy, with a large garden where you can choose sun or shade. Very quiet location, close to bicycle and hiking junctions. De Weerribben Nature Park is just a stone's throw away. Swimming pool Tolhekken is also recommended.

Great apartment, very nicely decorated. It was not one of the usual very clean anonymous vacation rentals, but simply a home.

We had a nice time with six adults. The space was good for the six of us. Monique and Peter sent very clear instructions about the accommodation. Immediately after booking, a message whether we knew that a number of sleeping places with a somewhat steeper staircase are accessible. Very thoughtful but was also clear from the description and photos. Beautiful view, beautiful, very large garden. Sauna was wonderful all in combination with the outdoor shower. Space to put the bikes dry, very nice. Being able to charge the car, also a plus. And Peter and Monique were super nice. We even got some discount on the use of the sauna because they found it annoying that the weather was not so good. I can recommend it to anyone who wants to get away from it all with a few people and enjoy the tranquility and space that is there.

The owner Lammert is the best Airbnb owner I have ever met. He is very kind and well prepared for everything in the apartment. The house looks exactly the same as the photos. All the decorations and furniture let me feel like home. Their some beautiful forest close to the house. During morning or evening you could be able to walking in the forest and enjoy the fresh air. Strongly recommend for anyone who would like to stay in this small beautiful town for a nice vacation. For sure I’ll stay in this house for next time.

A beautiful cottage on the Dokkumer Ee. The opportunity to ride a canoe and SUPs is great - right in front of the living room. The location is very quiet, perfect for relaxing. Hagar is even more perfect! A super nice hostess, always explaining things, very helpful.

The best neighborhood , a minute walk from downtown and a place that feels just like home! Timnette and her husband welcomed us to their beautiful home and very lovely people . We checked in early because we arrived early but enjoyed the walk straight after in the area. Plenty of restaurants around , supermarket is 5 minutes walking and home was fully equipped with everything. I wish we stayed for longer it was th perfect holiday home. Thank you for making our stay super memorable with my mother 🫶🏼

I had a wonderful stay! The host was polite, very responsive, and maintained great communication throughout. The location is excellent—close to everything I needed—and the apartment was spotless, well-organized, and incredibly comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. What a lovely waterfront apartment this is! After good and fast communication in advance, the apartment was easy to find. While we already had the login code in our pocket, we were still warmly welcomed. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures: clean, very complete, spacious and a fantastic balcony overlooking the water. We really enjoyed the weekend and the good care, and would love to come back here again.

Our stay at Christel's was perfect! The house is welcoming, clean, comfortable, spacious. The bed is really comfortable! After a good day of sightseeing, it's very pleasant to return to this quiet neighborhood, surrounded by nature. You can easily reach the city center by car in less than 10 minutes. Super nice accommodation, right on the river and a nice garden next door. Henkjan is very nice and approachable for questions. Great location for cycling, easily accessible by car and a totally dog-friendly area! If you want, you can ask Henkjan about a boat trip.
