Many possibilities for cycling, walking (located on the Marskramerpad), varen, cities and/or beaches (25 minutes) to visit. We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. This charming and cozy residence with stylish furnishings is centrally located between Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Leiden and the beach. Everything within a 30 minute drive. There is a private entrance. You enter on the ground floor. Here is a private toilet, private bathroom, washing machine and refrigerator. Upstairs are two rooms, a bedroom with flat screen TV (all channels and Netflix), breakfast/ office and wardrobe. On the landing is the oven/microwave, Nespresso machine and kettle.

Rest in the Randstad (for vacation or work)

The polder cottage is an oasis of peace in the middle of the Randstad. It has recently been renovated and has all the comforts. The WiFi works great in all areas. Perfect place for vacation and to be able to work quietly. The polder cottage is centrally located: the beach (16 km), Amsterdam (20 km), Leiden (13 km) and Utrecht (30 km). For short trips, you can use (for free) the four bicycles we have. We have created an information book for you with all our tips for the area.

Studio in the heart of the city center on the river Oude Rijn

The comfortable studio apartment is in the center of Alphen on the ground floor on the Rhine. The studio is decorated in a homey style with modern features, there is a smart TV and a well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals yourself. The bathroom has a shower toilet and washing machine. There is a nice range of lunchrooms restaurants and shops and theatre in the immediate vicinity. The bus (470)goes to Schiphol Airport and the train and bus station is an 8-minute walk away.

In the middle of the bulb region, close to the train station, you can stay in our cozy basement with private access and parking. You can relax here! There are drinks in the fridge and a bottle of wine ready for you. There are many possibilities for cycling or hiking among the deer. The cities of Haarlem (10 min.), Leiden (12 min.) and Amsterdam (31 min.) are easily accessible by train. On request, I will be happy to prepare breakfast for you. (€30 for 2 people)

Beautiful new apartment located in the Haarlemmermeer on the Ringvaart. The spacious and luxurious apartment has a beautiful view over the polder and is also equipped with all the comforts. The location near the Keukenhof (15 min), Leiden (20 min), Schiphol (15 min) and the beach Noordwijk aan Zee (25 min) is ideal. There is also the possibility to use the jetty.
