Guesthouse vacation rentals in Ouachita River

I rented William's place for my son and new daughter-in-law for their wedding night. They loved the comfort and proximity to downtown. I will definitely recommend this rental to anyone needing a place in Jefferson ♡

Absolutely beautiful property and home. Charlie did an amazing job building it all. The guest house is bigger than expected and we arrived to it being spotless. There was basics in the fridge and the AC worked great. I'll definitely be booking again and wish I had stayed longer to enjoy it more but we used it mainly as a sleep escpae while not in Jimmie State Park for our family reunion.

we were looking for a small cabin to relax and that was peaceful. this was it! Great host and lake. would recommend for a couple or a couple with 2 small kids. would definitely stay again

The cottage was immaculate and in a great location. Antoinette is a wonderful host. She accommodated my leave time and kept in touch during a significant storm the night I stayed. Highly recommend!

Great spot! Clean, comfortable and a cute little welcome dog the greeted us on arrival and said good morning the next day. ONLY con is that as a busy family who doesn’t know how long it’s going to actually take us to get places on road trips due to potty breaks etc I love when places have electronic locks so that no one else is waiting on us. I always feel bad when a host wants to greet us and I have to change the time and make them wait. Regardless, they were there to greet us when we finally made it with a welcome smile. Thanks!!

Claretha is a wonderful hostess that keeps her beautiful and historic carriage house in wonderful condition. From the unique sand paintings on the walls to the very comfortable accommodations, this place will not disappoint.

Jeremy gave thorough instructions for check-in and his place is wonderful. Hillcrest is a great area for walking or going out so the location is great- it’s secluded and quiet. Great place to stay!

The house was perfect for our stay. Our a host Donna was friendly and accommodating. Boat ramp was very close and we caught a lot of fish 😃. Enjoyed hanging at the house relaxing and playing pool. Overall a great stay and we will go back again.

Patricia and her mother were the consummate hosts. I had business in town at the courthouse and Patricia and her mother made sure my stay was comfortable from start to finish. I would not hesitate to come back if I ever needed to return to Linden. The backyard is very large, has a pool with a fountain, and towering pine trees on three sides. I enjoyed spending time in this part of the State and Patricia and her mother really made me feel at home.

Very cleverly set up AirBnb. It has everything that you want and need and then some. Great place to stay in Texarkana, better than any hotel you’ll be able to find.

Excellent location. Quiet cabin that was updated and relaxing. Tami checked on us frequently but the location was private as well. Loved relaxing on the front porch and watching the hummingbirds.

Aside from great communication regarding our late night arrival, aside from Kara leaving the air and lights on inside for a homey feel when we checked in, aside from it all being like the photos, the shower and bath area were the cleanest of any stay we’ve ever been in, including hotels and resorts. After being on the road for 15 hours, this was the most welcome part and helped us to relax mentally as well and get some great rest! Our pup snored in comfort too. Highly recommend this stay!!!

We were visiting SFA for the day, Heathers listing was perfect for what we needed. We were all able to have our own space and were very close to restaurants, Walmart and SFA campus. Will be back for other times we may need to visit thank you for a great stay!

This was a great experience for myself and my boyfriend. The place was gorgeous as well as the area. Everything was as we expected -beautiful, quiet, neat, and clean. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. We even received a message 1/2 way through our stay just to make sure we were good.

John and Beverly’s graciousness and hospitality was impeccable. Their lakefront home exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect and not too far from shopping and restaurants. They went above and beyond to help us with our boat by lending us a few of their ropes. They made our stay comfortable and stress free. The fresh baked cookies were a nice warm welcome that I enjoyed. Jon and I cannot wait to return. We definitely recommend and will stay with John and Beverly again in the future.

We stayed one night at Jacks place and it was even better than expected! If I could give more stars I would. The place was extremely clean, looked new, and had everything we needed without extra items of clutter. Pawpaws place is about 1 mile from I-40 so it is super convenient on and off the interstate when traveling. We were headed to Tennessee from Houston and this overnight stay was perfect for our stopover. We will definitely stay there if we make that trip again!

The hosts were fantastic and the place was better than advertised. I highly recommend the location for it quietness, walkability, upgrades to place, accessibility to major roads and local attractions.

Doug’s place is really comfortable and even more spacious than I expected. We only stayed one night, but it has the room you may need for longer stays as well. The bed is comfy and the shower is GREAT! We would happily stay again if life brings us to Little Rock in the future.

This place was awesome!! Very nice country setting not to far from everything. The fishing pond was nice if you like to fish. Will stay again if it’s available.

I really enjoyed my stay at Robert's place. Prior to my arrival, Robert responded quickly to any questions I had. The online pictures of the house were accurate and portrayed the house well. The house was very comfortable, clean and had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. There was plenty of hot water and enough water pressure for a good shower. The onsite washer and dryer worked well and allowed me to go home with clean clothes. The back yard was beautiful for sitting outside under a huge tree that my plant identifier indicated was either a black walnut or pecan tree. On occasion, I was able to see the beautiful bay horse next door munching on the grass. It's a very peaceful setting. I was grateful for the private off-street parking just steps away from the front door. There is a house next door that is visible but with the blinds closed on that side of the house, you wouldn't know the house was there, and I felt very private. All in all, it's a cozy place to stay!

Great place to rest our heads while driving across country. I made the reservation last minute - quick response & super easy. Thank you!! Out pets especially loved being out in nature.

This place was a great place to just relax and get away. I would definitely come back here and rest a few days.
