Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Ouachita River

I love this place! It reminds me of home, this is my second time staying here and it was just as pleasant as the first. I will definitely book this place if available, anytime I visit Idabel!

I grew up in Sherwood and lived there for 6 years before moving back to Alabama. it's been 30 years and I wanted my kids the see the place and Williams Place was was perfect. Far enough away away to be peaceful, and close enough to everything we needed and wanted to do.

Very quick and responsive, but a lot more remote than I was expecting. That's probably my fault, I'm not familiar with the area. Super clean and very nice interior! Polite and very concise host. Pretty expensive for a two night stay, but I know that's standard for Airbnb, and definitely acceptable for how last minute this trip was.

Johnnie was very sweet and welcoming. We enjoyed getting to stay here for a nearby wedding. The space was totally separate and private. The location was convenient for all things Ruston.

I’m hesitant when it comes to staying in campers, but this one was so comfortable and perfect for what we needed. I would stay here again. The chairs outside were comfortable, the camper was cooled which was great since the outside temperature was so high. It was in the 90’s. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen spacious for my son and I. If you’re hesitant about this place, you won’t be disappointed if you go here. They have cows here which was so nice. The property is so clean.

we decided to visit the broken bow at the last minute. The place is 30mins from state park, This was the only suitable stay we found nearby because of last minute. Everyone enjoyed the stay it was peaceful. Could see lot of birds in the morning. All the amenities listed were available. check in, check out was easy and host was helpful.

It was truly an amazing stay very beautiful and clean. Also loved the sectioned off feel to the cabin. Highly recommend Danae’s property!

What can I say about the view - heavenly! We even did a little walk up to the top of the mountain, which was a great morning workout to get the heart pumping. My kiddo also very much enjoyed the bunk bed situation and roasting marshmallows at the fire pit. Overall, the house was as described, the check-in instructions were very clear, and we were close to all the things we wanted to check out in Hot Springs/the lake.

My family had the best time staying at this house! We had 4 adults and 2 kids (5 and 8 years old). The house itself is beautiful. It looks newly built. We’re a big fishing family and having the dock right there was a huge bonus for us. The water was still a bit too cold to swim, but that didn’t stop the kiddos! They had a blast. The house has extra life jackets, fishing poles, and has kayaks! I know there’s some comments about the neighborhood looking rough compared to the beautiful home being rented, but the neighborhood wasn’t bad at all. We didn’t have any issues with the neighbors. I consider it just a normal “lake property” where there’s a mix of homes, RVs, trailers, etc. It didn’t bother us one bit. Thomas was quick to respond if we had a question. Everywhere we ate was delicious. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway, I highly recommend staying here. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place! Loved the historic element of the house and the details. It was a great one night stop for us on our way home from vacation! Would definitely stay again!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The house is beautiful, well thought out design and very clean. The sleeping area is separate from gathering area and that worked wonderful for napping toddlers. The bathrooms are very spacious and well lit. The laundry room is great when you are staying for over a week with family. We even got to enjoy the pool since it hit 85* in February. Many hours spent in the hot tub Beds are awesome and very comfortable. The house is not at all cluttered and very tastefully decorated. The view of the lake was so peaceful and felt so private. Had a little luck fishing in the lake but mostly just enjoyed family time in this lovely home. GW is so kind and welcoming, he makes you fell like family. If we are ever in the area again we will see if this property is available to make more family memories.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at Brents Place! The beds were comfy, the pillows were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, and the extra media room was a plus especially with having a kiddo. We felt like we were at home away from home while spending time with family and friends. Brent was super helpful during our stay and we are thankful for a great host.

We loved the Condo! It was private off in its own cove and we were able to watch the turtles and fish in the water! Location was perfect for our boat and the ramp was 20 feet away from the condo. The space was perfect and allowed the kids to chill and watch tv and the adults to also have space to enjoy themselves. We had a great time!

Beautiful view of the lake with the clubhouse right across the way. Bedroom space was advertised with a large master bedroom.

Everything was perfect as far as Sylvia and the apartment. However, it was a bummer walking through the woods and up and down terrain to the pool. Aside from the pool inconvenience, it’s a great place, she was a great host, and we had a great stay. Very clean and had everything you could possibly need inside. Also, had some good boardgames and plenty of TV options.

We had a great time here, it was very later back with plenty of beautiful views and amenities to participate in. If you a water lover, fisher, or just need to get away for a little bit this is a great place to host your family or friends in one place. We look forward to coming back, going crystal hunting and spending quality time together away from our busy schedule.

Worked with someone that stayed before so I had a great reference. The house and grounds are very peaceful and relaxing. Had a great time. Hope to stay again when I come back! So comfortable and all needs were met. Loved the fresh flowers and little extras:) Thanks Rhonda!!

Sami is a great host! Very friendly and very helpful. The unit was clean. The living room looked out over a beautiful wooded area as did the deck. The lake was very pretty. There is plenty to do in the area, more than we could fit in to the short time we spent there. We visited crystal mine and tried our hand at collecting quartz crystals. We visited Hot Springs National Park and Hot Springs and had a great time. The unit is centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Plus, it was very warm and humid when we visited and the air conditioning was wonderful! Thank you Sami. Lisa, Michele and Bob

The Treehouse is fantastic and the rest of the OPAA staff and myself enjoy our stay at Stillwood every visit. Rhonda is a great host and goes out of her way to be helpful and friendly. See you next time Rhonda!
