Waterfront vacation rentals in Ötüken

Lora has been the perfect host always available to answer and questions. The property is amazing, large open spaces my 1yr old loved crawling around the whole apartment whilst we could see her. With a balcony on both sides we had sun and shade options all day with fantastic sunset views. There’s a small park visible from the front door with swing and a roundabout. All route around are pram friendly we only ventured a small way around the salt lake but that was suitable and we even got on to the dried up part of the lake with a little carry of the pram. The hot tub is heated by the sun so easy to use and great on a hot day be sure to pop the cover on when not in use to keep it as clean as possible there’s an out door shower perfect for a rinse before use and the apartment isn’t over looked and is completely private. 10/10!!!

A family vacation with a fully equipped apartment. There was everything you needed. Shopping can be reached either on foot or by car in a short time. You can lie in the complex at different pools. There are also 2 restaurants within walking distance that you can only recommend. Pebble beach is also very quickly within walking distance. A large roof terrace with barbecue invites you to linger in the evening hours.

I had a lovely stay at their place. The accommodation was clean and fit the descriptions. The host’s were very friendly and gave me a list of recommendations where to go and I really enjoyed my stay.

A nice apartment that looks exactly like in the pictures. It is walking distance to most of the places in larnaca and the host is very kind and helping! I have no complaints😄

Hands down the best place we stayed in Northern Cyprus. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all we needed for a nice stay. There are two markets in the area, an Italian restaurant, a nice pool, and a beach nearby. If you have a car, it is a good base to explore the Eastern part of North Cyprus and the Karpaz Peninsula. Massimo, the owner was helpful with a rental car recommendation before our visit. Olga, the property manager for Massimo's apartment welcomed us to the apartmenr and was always on hand to assist with anything we needed, including a transfer to the airport. First of all, we were very pleased with the attention of the host Yunus Emre. We were able to reach him easily whenever we needed and he was very helpful. We had no problems finding the house and checking in. The house was as it appeared in the images; it was peaceful, sweet and comfortable. Its proximity to the sea, beaches and Yiğitler Market also provided a great advantage in terms of location. Both the comfort and location of the house pleased us very much. We would like to thank Yunus Emre, the host, who made us feel at home.

Great place to stay, as peaceful as it gets near Ayia Napa, just the usual bikers using the motorway as a racetrack and kids on the beach buggies zooming past occasionally. Neighbouring villas are owner occupied so no noisy tourists to disturb us with drunken parties. VERY well equipped, towels galore, shoe rack, coat/coat rack, crockery and cutlery galore, every cooking utensil you could imagine, slippers, dishwasher tabs, hand soap, water cooler machine, a generous welcome basket. Did my walking around in white socks for 15 mins test and it passed with flying colours, very clean. Great uninterrupted view of the med to the south west. The infinity pool is great; owner comes every few days early morning to clean and today so you wake to a clean outdoor area each day. Bus stop to Ayia Napa just across the road. One of the best AirBnB’s we’ve had the pleasure of renting.

Ideal place for family vacation or a group of friends! The villa provides all the comfort you may need and especially the pool allows you to have a chill day at home. Looked exactly like the photos, everything worked properly and the hosts were really nice and helpful.

Vila Santa Firenze in Ayia Thekla is a very complete holiday accommodation! With a nice swimming pool, seats in front and behind the house and a reasonably spacious house, it is fine to stay there. Upon arrival we were surprised by a more than full basket of all kinds of food, also a stocked fridge and more than enough other stuff not to have to go to a supermarket right away for eating the first day(s)! The house has all the necessary necessities to cook, wash and stay! The location of the house is in a quiet neighborhood, within 5 minutes you are on the beach and by car the local supermarket is also reached in a few minutes (on foot about 25 minutes walk). A car is advisable to explore the island, public transport also stops close to the house. Svetlana responds particularly quickly to sent messages, unfortunately we did not see her personally to thank her. A perfect recommendation for a wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at Stian’s villa! The house is spacious, clean, and very well-equipped for a relaxing getaway. The highlight for us was definitely the private pool—it’s beautifully maintained and surrounded by peaceful nature, making it perfect for both relaxing and enjoying the sun in privacy. The location felt very safe and quiet, yet it was still close enough to explore the nearby area easily. The villa had everything we needed, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout. Stian was a great host—very responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. Communication was smooth and respectful, and we felt genuinely welcomed. We’d absolutely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a calm and comfortable stay, and we’re already hoping to come back in the future!

We had a wonderful relaxing time at Villa Catalaya. The house is more than fully equipped, especially if you travel with children. There are playing areas inside and outside and our daughter adopted the owners cats from the beginning. As we stayed there in winter time the area was very quiet. So for us it was the perfect base camp to explore the island north and south. But most of all, Snow made our holiday very special. She is extremely friendly and helpful. All the best for her and her family. And thanks again for your hospitality!

We come to Cyprus twice a year and can say without a doubt this is one of my favourite places to stay. The location is excellent - beautiful sea views, a lawn that makes you feel like you are in a multi million dollar villa on the water, comfy beds, great kitchen. Local restaurants are great (special mention to Bakers Arms and Tulum). Marina is extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back.

We have just returned home from a 17 night stay in Paris’ apartment in Protaras. The apartment is exactly as described and super clean. It had everything we needed to cook from home and the BBQ was definitely a bonus for us as we used it nearly every night. The apartment is located only 10-15mins walk from all the shops, restaurants and the beautiful beaches! It’s perfectly placed away from the noisy resort but close enough to be able to walk back and forth. Paris is an amazing host and nothing is too much trouble. Checking in and out was easy and we were accommodated, even with our very early flight time. We would happily stay here again and would recommend it

Everything was great. The owners were super friendly, check in check out was easy, the facility was great and the view teracce is really nice.

The apartment was exactly as described. Everything was very neat and clean, very cozy. The equipment level was excellent, and there was a lot of storage space. A pleasant surprise was the large size of the balcony, it seemed larger than in the pictures. The balcony has a really nice view of the sea, and it is definitely worth getting up to watch the sunrise. The swimming opportunities are excellent, a lovely sandy beach and it gets deeper gently. It is worth taking a walk to the beach boulevard. Varnavas is friendly and it was easy to communicate with him and he responded quickly. He also gave us tips on good restaurants and arranged a taxi for us when we arrived. Bus no. 425 runs right in front of the house about every 30 minutes. It gives easy access to the city center and the airport. We were very satisfied with everything, and warmly recommend this accommodation.

I had a great experience renting this place. Fadi was extremely professional, punctual, and reliable throughout the process, which I really appreciated. The location is a major advantage—just a short distance from the city’s main tourist center, making everything easily accessible. The place is well-equipped, comfortable, and comes at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!
