Cozy studio with all amenities on the seashore(500 m).Large swimming pool complex, sauna, gym free of charge (for guests over 2 weeks). The apartment has a constantly comfortable temperature in both winter and summer (warm floors/air conditioning), no dampness or mold. There is a large outdoor terrace with a sea views. An wonderful cafe with coffee and pastries, a grocery store a minute's walk away. A seaside promenade for walking and jogging with coffee shops,sweets and freshly squeezed juice.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It's located in the center of iskele & Famagusta. (Mormenekse Village) Famagusta is 10 minute drive and iskele long beach is a 10 minute drive. The beach is a 5 minute drive. It is close to a lot of history like a 5 minute drive to salamis ruins and st Barnabas. This house is family friendly with a spacious garden with olive trees and lemon trees which i will be watering a couple of times a week peacefully without disturbing you.

Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation in your cozy apartment. I liked everything...Magnificent sea view from the balcony, 5 minutes walk to the sea, supermarket nearby. Many thanks to Sergei for his help, you could always consult and hear a hint where to go, what to see, where to eat. Very pleasant interlocutor. The apartment is very cozy, well and tastefully furnished, everything you need could be found in the cabinets. 17 days of vacation flew by quickly, Sergei periodically asked if everything was okay with me, suggested, told me. Thank you very much for your care and understanding. I advise all my friends to visit Yeni Iskele and relax in a cozy apartment sea view

Sunrise 38 Comfort of home and holiday enjoyment

We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The host was friendly and responsive, and the location was perfect for what I needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Mr. Ibrahim was a very caring and helpful host. We were able to reach them easily when we needed them. I stayed with my wife, the house was clean and tidy, we were very pleased.
