This is a beautiful place, it is like a peaceful sanctuary with your own private garden/courtyard, with orange and jasmine blossom trees and an olive tree . It is right in the heart of the old town and every thing is walking distance but it is also peaceful. Okan has written a book on the history of Famagusta and this love of history and heritage is reflected in the decor of the house. A very special place, I would definitely stay here again

The villa is in a great location close to Turtle Bay and Konnos Beach. It is well equipped for families and my grandchildren loved the pool and the play area. Lambros, the owner was always available and keen to make our stay enjoyable.

Everything was very nice, our hosts were very caring and receptive, they quickly helped us with every question. The location of the house was also quite close to the center. In addition, the house was comfortable and everything needed was considered in advance. We enjoyed our vacation very much. Thank you so much for everything. 😊🙏

We loved our stay at garden villa! The house is beautiful and equipped with everything you would need. Cribs and high chairs were provided also. The pool and jacuzzi area were our favourite part. Just a stunning place to spend our holiday and would definitely come again. We were given later check out at no extra charge which was very much appreciated with young children. Thanks to George&Christina for always being on hand if we needed something.

The house was designed for Airbnb, it was a very sweet, minimalist dwelling where we could feel both in the house and in the hotel. It was clean and tidy. It was possible to reach the pool in a short time. It was in a newly built compound. It was very calm as of the season we went. There were many nice restaurants and places to visit around. The house is extremely clean and equipped with new items. Every product we would want to have with us while we were traveling was also in the house. Ms. Yeşim responded quickly to all our questions about the house and the local area and informed us. Since there is a front to the main road, there is no small grocery store or grocery store around. It's away from the settlements and the noise of the city. The bathroom, kitchen, bedrooms and lounge were very clean and comfortable. & Thank you for everything It felt like home, and it was a pleasant vacation ⭐️

Grand Sapphire is a good project as a hotel and residence. There is a large swimming pool, gym and games room. It has a good bar on the top floor and restaurant with live performance downstairs. The floor plan of Davut's apartment is very nice. 2 big bedrooms and living room with open kitchen. It has three quality TVs and good internet. The air conditioners cool well. A few things can be more attentive; the balconies and windows should be cleaner, the shower drain should be cleaned more often, and there should be a converter apparatus in the outlets.

Neat and clean place to stay, peacefull and private area. You have everything you may need for a short stay.

We were very satisfied with the host and the host we were guests in Cyprus. The location was very advantageous in terms of its calmness and ease of transportation. Cemal and his daughter Shanel are excellent hosts. Their place is exactly as described in pics and within close proximity to shopping facilities, cafes, restaurants, beaches and historical sites. Great communication and very responsive. Highly recommended.

The apartment sits at the end of a newly build complex still partly under construction. The area is remote but heavily under development with a lot of construction (noise was not an issue though) Close to the apartment there are restaurants and a small supermarket (to which you could walk to). The beach is less than 10 minutes away by foot and the view to the sea is immaculate. The interior seems brand new and is spotless. The place is well equipped with appliances, towels and so on. On the private rooftop, there's a pool, grill, and lots of space with sun beds for you to enjoy. Aditionally, there's a large communal pool to swim some laps.

This was the third stay at the property. Hatice is always quick to respond and help with anything. The apartment is spacious and is in a really good location close to the city centre and a short car ride from the beaches. We would stay again.
