Our 150 qm town house is located 15 minutes from the central station of Hamburg (+walk through the park) by S-Bahn or 20 minutes by car. Ground floor: modern kitchen with large dining table, a guest bathroom with shower 1st: living room with double sofa bed and work space with loft character 2nd: 1 bedroom with double bed and balcony, 1 kids room (bed only 160 cm) and a bathroom with bath tub. From the ground floor you will also have access to our common garden with a sand box for kids.

The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is within 8 minutes walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and unlimited in time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Shopping, restaurants, a park, playground and lake are close by. Looking forward to your visit :-)

From here you can quickly reach many great amusement parks, start cycling tours or paddle tours on the Aller or simply relax and enjoy the tranquility and birdlife in the "Haus am Holder." The vacation home "Haus am Holder" is lovingly renovated and can accommodate 4 people.

In addition, the lounge in the adjacent paintball facility is at your disposal. Here you can play billiards, table soccer or darts.
