Linens, towels, pillows, and blankets are provided. *Condo is on the 3rd floor and there is not an elevator, only stairs. Beach/pool/hot tub are seasonal.

Newly listed at Waterfront Condos with a great view of Lake Erie. Private beach, large pool overlooking the lake, playground, and within walking distance to the Jet Express and downtown Port Clinton. Great third-floor unit with back steps to the pool. All new furniture and updated kitchen and bathroom. Sunroom can serve as a second bedroom. We’ve been renting out another unit in the complex for decades and just purchased this one. Can accommodate two groups with both condos.

My place is great for a stay right on Lake Erie! Steps away from the Jet Express to Put-in-Bay, an outside pool and hot tub on the grounds, and an on-site beach to the lake are all perfect reasons to bring the family up for a vacation. Port Clinton is about 25 minutes away from Cedar Point if you are looking for some thrills. Families needing more space should inquire about renting additional units on the grounds. No events or parties are to be hosted within the condo.
