Asunto on terassitalo Päivölässä, joka on valmistunut 1939. Kotkan keskustaan on noin 13km ja Karhulaan noin 3km. Asunto on remontoitu mahdollisimman alkuperäiseen asuun, ja se on kalustettu kiertotalousperiaatteella pääosin Aaltojen suunnittelemilla kalusteilla. Tekstiilit pesemme hajuttomilla pesuaineilla.

Modern and unique riverside villa in Kotka on the bank of the river Kymijoki. You will enjoy the amazing scenery by the river Kymijoki, only a 1.5-hour drive from Helsinki! The main house has sleeping capacity for four people. In addition, a separate heated garage with a granary for 2 people. Great outdoor activities, kayaking and fishing! The nearest shops are about 12 km away. The yard of the cottage can be reached by car all year round. No smoking and no pets indoors.
