Qué lindo lugar, hermosa decoración y buenas amenidades. El cuarto es perfecto para estancia corta en Bacalar. Todas quienes nos atendieron fueron súper amables y, a pesar de que hicimos check in casi a media noche, tuvimos una excelente llegada sin ninguna complicación. Gracias, gracias, gracias.

The view from the room + balcony is amazing. Plus they have the friendliest staff! The kayaks (which are in great condition) and the private dock were the best parts of our stay. Thanks for providing coffee, tea, and water too. Make sure to get dinner at Nixtamal in town, the best restaurant in Bacalar!

es alojamiento limpio y muy cómodo, con camas limpias. Puedes disfrutar de su parcela jardín, que te da la sensación de paz y descanso. La ducha es perfecta, con toallas limpias. La habitación la limpian a diario. La anfitriona es una fuente de sabiduría, lo que hace tu estancia mágica. La ubicación es muy cómoda, ya que está entre la carretera federal donde está el ADO ( buses) y la laguna.

Enjoyed our short trip to Xcalak. The owner was responsive and flexible and the local team were very kind and helpful… and they make awesome food! We were on the fence about having most of our meals there but are really glad we did. They were incredible! Condo was spacious and looked like the pictures but there were a few minor things that needed attention. There was no hand soap for any of the sinks and no drinking water left inside the unit (there were bottles in a cooler at the main dining area but we didn’t know about them until our second day). Power was out both days due to work in the area so they had a generator for use of electricity after 4pm which was appreciated for having AC while sleeping! Looks like they’re doing a lot of improvements so we’re excited to see the changes. Beds were comfortable and pier was amazing for stargazing! We’ll be back!

Acocote Inn is an amazing place. Snorkel to reef heads right from the beach or torture yourself with fly fishing for permit, this place is perfect. Rob, the host, wasn’t there but the caretaker Chucho and his family made us feel right at home. Absolutely no security concerns, peaceful, well located north of town…this place had it all. We’ll be back.

Llegamos solo por una noche porque teníamos un evento. Sin embargo lo disfrutamos mucho. Las habitaciones súper amplias y limpias. El colchón muy cómodo. La alberca adecuada. Solo recomiendo unos tapetes para la regadera ya que puede estar un poco resbaloso. Sin duda si tenemos la oportunidad regresaremos

La ubicación del Hotel inmejorable su zona de playa súper tranquila y el área de Beach club es inmejorable, la atención desde que llegas es cordial y atenta. Sin duda un lugar donde regresar.

El lugar le hace honor al nombre, un paraíso dentro del paraíso. Un lugar muy muy tranquilo y relajante para descansar y conectar con uno mismo. Tienen varias hamacas para poder descansar y la vista desde el balcón es agradable. Además el terraza superior es muy bonita por la noche. Alexia, la chica de la recepción es muy amable y atenta, nos ayudó mucho en nuestra estancia. Tiene nuestro agradecimiento especial.

Muy bonito lugar si quieres desconectar de la vida diaria y la ciudad!, vas a conseguir fotos increíbles y atardeceres de postal! Especialmente hay un muy buen trato por parte del Staff, desde David un grandioso Mesero, hasta Ángel, un Guía/Lanchero/Consejero y todo lo posible, que te regala locaciones espectaculares, momentos únicos y mucha buena vibra🙏🏼. Sé consciente que te encontrarás con Fauna(por si te da miedo) y que llevarás de regreso picaduras de mosquitos, un repelente es necesario. El wifi no llega hasta las habitaciones y carece de red telefónica. El WC de la habitación, no suele tener presión y salen muchos olores de la red (drenaje) a la que está conectada. En general, todo excelente, muy rica comida, agradable ambiente y gente muy positiva, muchas graciaaaaas!!!✨🎊🍾

Una estancia agradable

La zona en la que se encuentra ubicado es Justo frente a la Laguna y el balneario municipal, por lo que solo a unos pasos podrás disfrutar de albercas y un deck para acceder a la Laguna. Cerca de muchos restaurantes y puntos de interés a los que podrás acceder a pie. Las instalaciones son buenas, el internet también, cuenta con aire acondicionado lo que se agradece por el calor, también con agua para beber por lo que podrás rellenar tus botellas reutilizables. La limpieza es buena. Lo recomiendo para estancias cortas y largas. Lo mejor fue la atención de su personal, sumamente amables todos y nos ayudaron con servicio de taxis y recomendaciones.

todo bien solo no había agua caliente aun que a mi gusto esta perfecto por el clima existente de Bacalar

Es un hotel bastante agradable, hasta arriba están remodelando pero súper bonita vista, fácil acceso para ver el amanecer a unas cuadras de el muelle, cafeterías alrededor deliciosas, todo de verdad muy en orden y limpio, el estacionamiento un poco pequeño y se puede llenar pero lo puedes dejar afuera y no pasa nada.

Un hotel con buena ubicación, llegar fue muy sencillo y el personal fue muy amable durante nuestra estancia, sin duda es un lugar al cual volver.

Very nice apartment block. It’s not so far from Centro that a walk downhill is out of the question, but far enough that you avoid any of the noise pollution (if any). Our only issues is that the address listed is a whole street, so it was a little difficult to locate at first, additionally , we had a room right next to the entrance/reception, so we heard most people coming and going through the night and morning. Other than this, Guadalupe was great to deal with. There were a few things off place in the apartment that we mentioned, and he fixed almost instantly. There’s also an in house laundry service for a reasonable fee, if you’re planning a longer stay, or have been traveling for a while

Antonio and Ñora, who own the house, are very welcoming and friendly. Good conversation around the table. The room was clean, cozy, and had great design. The hammock on the balcony was wonderful for relaxing and reading in the afternoon. Nice view of the lagoon. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking to relax!

Todo muy bien el lugar estaba limpio el cuarto era cómodo y el anfitrión siempre estuvo al pendiente de cualquier cosa que se pudiera presentar
