Suzy’s place is warm, cozy and inviting and just what we needed on the rainy days we had. The house is beautifully decorated and we enjoyed the pizza oven despite less than ideal outdoor conditions. The photos don’t do the spaces justice! We loved our stay!

The views from the balcony across the bay were spectacular. Lynne was helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our visit and also recommend doing the Driving creek pottery narrow gauge rail ride. The train ride was amazing

We had an awesome stay at James’ place over Easter. It was quiet, peaceful and relaxing, and James was such a friendly host. Would highly recommend staying here, we would love to come back again!

Wonderful place to stay! Such a beautiful view and very convenient to town. Unfortunately we happened to be there during a cyclone, so we couldn’t enjoy the view as much as we’d have liked, but we enjoyed chilling out in the warm and dry house while watching the storm rage on. It was a lovely spot :-)

Fabulous house, spotless clean, everything you need for a short or long stay in Whitianga. The view is amazing from the house, it’s a lovely walk into town and a short drive to most of the tourist spots in the area, Clive is a great host, we would definitely recommend this property

We had an amazing stay at David and Sue’s. Everything was as described. Such a spacious yet homely feel with absolutely everything we could want. David was very approachable and helpful. Highly recommend a stay here. Would love to return

Our stay at Julia’s exceeded expectations! From the minute we got there, we felt right at home. The view was amazing and the place was clean, tidy and warm. We even got lots of delicious food left for us which was so generous! Thank you Julia, we will be back!

We stayed 5 nights at Jennifer’s place and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Loved the view and outside seating areas. All very private and quiet. It is very well equipped although as a previous review stated it could have had a few little extras like handi towels, gladwrap, and shampoo. We would have no hesitation recommending Jennifer’s place and would happily stay again.

My husband, my friend and I very much enjoyed our stay at John’s place. It was as described, situated conveniently near both the beach and town. Especially appreciated was a second bathroom. John responded promptly to a query or two and offered helpful suggestions. We would definitely recommend his place and would stay there again.

Jacqui’s place was in a large group of townhouses, quiet and well maintained. There was plenty of space, very clean, and good amenities. The location is very close to the beach and a couple of Kms from the main part of the town - can be a pleasant walk along the foreshore. Jacque responded very quickly to a very small issue that we had on the first day.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a beautiful, peaceful location. The bed was comfy & the spa was soothing. It was a wonderful relaxing time.

Alan was great- he was very considerate with our check in time and although we stayed only for one night, he was brilliant with communication.

Really enjoyed our stay at Cooks Beach. Easy walk to restaurant and beach very peaceful and friendly. Would come again.

We loved our staying at Faye’s place in Whangamata. It was sparkling clean and well appointed, and the location is amazing - just a tiny walk to the amazing beach with beautiful sea views from the living room and balcony. Faye was so friendly with her communication and was extremely understanding when we interrupted her Friday evening by accidentally locking ourselves out 🫣 (thanks again!!). I would high recommend a stay here and would love to visit again. All the best Faye.
