Stay in rooms as part of a studio! Enjoy a special accommodation (but not for children under the age of 16) in a studio located in a separate house on the fair Österlen. Guests have access to their own bedroom, bathroom, dining table and fridge. A good breakfast and cleaning is included! The farm, built in 1890, is located by a small gravel road in a village about three kilometers from the sea and the fishing village Brantevik. In Brantevik there are restaurants, a small harbor with a fish shop, wonderful cliff baths and beautiful coastal walking paths.

The location of the house is great for bicycle rides and hiking along the coast. Rock baths, wonderful white beaches in the near. Three bicycles (as well as two for children) that can be borrowed free of charge. Our guesthouse is located in a village with several restaurants/cafes that are mainly open in summer summertime. You will like the small charming house because of the tranquility, the secluded garden and the proximity to the sea. The house is only about 150m from the beach. The listing is best suited for couples or the small family.

Perfect location for those of you who want to discover Österlen and at the same time live in the countryside You live in our apartment located in one wing of our farm in Karlaby. Here you live on the countryside yet only 15 min to the beautiful sandy beaches at Knäbäckshusen. If you would rather stroll and experience the small-town idyll, Simrishamn is only 8 min away by car. For those of you who play golf, two nice golf courses are offered at Österlens Gk within 15 min by car. There are all sights in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad etc.

This is a bit like staying in a boat - a regular comment we received! The studio is relatively newly built, dining area for six, full kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and two bedrooms with clear marine feel in New England style. The layout is open but the bedroom with the double bed still has a certain privacy. Behind a massive teak door from a Simrishamnship, there's a sleeping alcove with four single beds with drapes to pull off. The beds have reading lamps and power outlets for charging. EV charging box. Sauna and pool.

In Gladsax Manor, there is now the possibility to rent the cozy black guest house. Gladsax is located in the heart of Österlen with close proximity to the sea, nature, sights and in combination of a fantastic beautiful and genuine environment. The guest house is adapted for 2 people and is suitable for those who want to enjoy that little extra both indoors and outdoors in the beautiful Österlen. The interior has been created by the interior designer Djon Clausen. The house has a total area of 50 m2 and the plot is 4000 m2

Cozy house by the sea in Österlen

Cozy house with 5 minutes walking distance to beautiful nature reserve and sea. Another 5 min nice walk along the reserve and you reach charming Brantevik with cliff and beach baths as well as cafes and restaurants. The house consists of 2 rooms. Downstairs with bathroom, kitchen and living room and upstairs with double bed and 2 single beds. In the house there is a washing machine and dishwasher, shower, lots of games and basic TV channels. The patio is large, green and sunny. Here is also a big trampoline.

Here in the heart of Österlen we have found our paradise on earth; with wonderful pool, view and place to hang out. With the best location on Österlen you could easily discover everything around and find your golden grains. The house is a classic nineteenth-century cave, but with plenty of charm. The house includes about 180 sqm plus basement and garage so there is plenty of space for socializing both inside and out. It is about 2 km down to beautiful Gislövs hammer where there is a sandy beach.

Here, fantastic walking and biking paths await just outside the door. If you go south, you will experience the genuine Brantevik that transcends in the beautiful "Grönet" which offers both lovely swimming at cliffs or quiet, peaceful walks along the sea. If you take you north, a lovely footpath to the picturesque Simrishamn awaits.
