Palmhuset at Hjelmsjöborg

Nestled in a rhododendron in the north part of Hjelmsjöborg's park is this octagonal tower Palm House. This is a very unique building where you get a home like nothing else. Five meters in ceiling height, beautiful stuccos, brick paintings, a bathtub in the middle of the bedroom, spiral staircase, a paved patio with a Mediterranean feel and not even a stone's throw from the house is Hjelmsjöns nice tennis courts. In the winter months it can get a little cold, then you have to curl up on the couch and light a fire in the fireplace.

Welcome to stay over in Lillstugan, our small guesthouse on the grounds of Stidsvig. Here you live in right by the edge of the forest near several sights and excursions. In the area there are nice walking and biking trails. Popular golf course Woodlands country club is located at 5 km distance, beautiful Söderåsens national park is 20 km away. Not far from us also goes the bike trail Skåne led no. 102. For shopping and restaurants, Ängelholm (18 km) and Helsingborg (30 km) are at your fingertips. Dogs welcome!

Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of room for fun. Kitchen, bathroom, living room and two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed. Bedroom 2 2 single beds. The bedrooms are upstairs and have no doors, but there are open rooms. The house is on our land. about 10 meters from our home but has its own terrace and garden. The house is within walking distance of Åstorp city center, from Åstorp city center you can get into Helsingborg by train in 20 minutes.

The house is close to Söderåsens National Park, Rönne Å and Bandsjön. Here there is plenty with the possibility of shorter or longer excursions in nature, such as hiking, canoeing, swimming in the lake or biking on dresses. The distance to Helsingborg and Lund is only 45 by car, if you want to go to the city on sightseeing. This destination is good for families with children, solo adventures, couples, or those who are on a longer trip and need a one night getaway.

You will have a glimt of the sea when having breakfast and you are just 1 minute walk from a dip in Skälderviken. If you are here for hiking, Kullaleden is just outside the garden. The cottage is personally decorated with room for 4 persons. One bedroom with a queen sized bed and one sofa bed, double sized.
