Daylight bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. 2nd floor: entrance, living room and balcony. Accessible via an external staircase with 16 steps. Not suitable for children. Conveniently located: 30 minutes to Munich or Garmisch.

Das Haus steht auf einem Hanggrundstück. eine Treppe zwischen Haus und Garage führt in den Garten bzw zur Eingangstür der Ferienwohnung. Die Terrasse gehört zur Wohnung. Die Küche ist mit Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Geschirr etc ausgestattet, eine Grundausstattung von Gewürzen, Öl, Kaffee und Tee ist vorhanden. Wir sind ein Nichtraucherhaushalt, rauchen auf der Terrasse ist kein Problem, danke!

The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

Located on the basement, Apartment is a great base for a holiday in the mountains – in a central location, yet quiet surroundings. Shopping, restaurants and cultural attractions can be reached quickly on foot or by public transport. Cars can be parked for free on the street.
