The picturesque landscape around Penzberg is beautiful and the proximity to Munich offers big city flair with lots of culture. Munich is only 45 km away. A train goes to Munich every 30 minutes. Welcome to our small newly built cottage, which our guests can use on their own. The low-energy house was built from high-quality materials in solid woods. The underfloor heating installed throughout the living area can also cool in the summer, so that there is a pleasant living climate throughout the year. Beautiful Iffeldorf is wonderfully centrally located between Munich and Garmisch on the picturesque Easter lakes.
