Welcome beautiful humans! We, Ailine and Pascal (~30 years; married), are looking forward to your visit! Stay as our guest and flatmate for a while; the apartment is spacious enough for all of us. Your private room is about 24m² (plus gallery) and thanks to the two large windows it is nicely bright - just like the rest of the apartment. We jointly share all the other areas (bathroom, toilet, kitchen, dining and living area). As we live here ourselves, we have everything you need to live well.

Ihr werdet meine Unterkunft lieben: Bayerische Gemütlichkeit, ein komfortables Bett (140 x 200), eine gut ausgestattete Küche, der Kamin, ein großzügig überdachter Balkon, die Ruhe, natürlich die Berge und Seen... Mein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement ist ganzjährig ein romantischer Rückzugsort für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende.

Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

Im Univiertel, Augsburg gelegen lässt es sich auf 100qm in der 3,5 Zimmer Wohnung weiträumig wohnen. Neben den zwei Schlafzimmer, lädt das Wohnzimmer zum entspannen ein, und eine Etage höher steht ein Arbeitsplatz zur Verfügung. Im Bad unten, welches erst kürzlich frisch renoviert wurde, findet sich ein WC und eine Wäsche-Trockner Kombi. Im Bad oben findet sich die Dusche/Badewanne. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und es findet sich vor der Haustür ein Spielplatz.
