A wonderful stay in the perfect apartment! This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Meeting Marco in person at the property for a short induction was excellent. The apartment is exactly as shown in the listing, and the terrace is simply wonderful; we spent most of our time there, eating, chatting and playing board games. The views over the mountains and the rooftops of Menton were great. The apartment's location is perfect: the beach is across the road, there are several supermarkets (including Aldi) within easy walking distance, and great restaurants by the sea or in the town centre are within comfortable strolling distance. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. Beach towels, chairs and parasols were a very welcome addition, and the kitchen and utility room were extremely well equipped. The showers were the best we've ever had in an Airbnb. We can highly recommend this apartment, and Marco is an outstanding host!

Very good stay in this residence and this wonderful place that is Roquebrune Cap Martin. The apartment is perfectly arranged and well taken care of. The garden that surrounds it is a real plus. At the pool you can enjoy a privileged and quiet setting.

Our stay in Nice was wonderful! This location was excellent for walking to the beach and even from the train station which is so close. We could even walk with our suitcases. Very nice. A beach feel for sure. Great place.

We had a great time for Christmas at Filippo's place. There were 7 of us, including a 91-year-old grandpa who loved the place. The accommodation is very beautiful with a magnificent sea view in a very peaceful area. It is very well equipped on the kitchen level. The bathrooms have bathtubs with shower head. The 4 bedrooms are very nice. 3 are attic. It's a little hard to find but Vanessa came to pick us up. The access by car is very steep but you get there quickly. There is a parking space in front of the building. We loved our stay, and had a lot of fun thanks to the pool table and little foosball!

This place is an experience. The house has been decorated with a lot of taste and love. Historic building fabric meets design classics and modern coziness. We especially liked the many inspiring images. But the most beautiful is the spectacular view from the glazed conservatory and from the roof terrace into the green hills and mountains. Perinaldo is very pretty and has a considerable infrastructure for its size with shops and recommended restaurants. We felt very comfortable at Casa Garibaldi and would stay here again immediately.

I stayed in this apartment for a weekend and it was wonderful. A small oasis of peace with a wonderful view of the sea. Very clean, impeccable house and Alessio was super kind and super active in responding. I'm enchanted, I'll definitely be back!

We were looking for a peaceful ‘escape’ to decompress and this was the perfect spot! Il Talamo is a beautifully furnished apartment with serene surroundings. Marcus and Rainer were lovely hosts who were always available for any questions or requests we had. They also provided us with many local recommendations which was very helpful. We felt very at home. Also, the apt was super clean and had a lot of necessities provided already. We totally recommend :)

We had a wonderful time at Elena's AirBnB. Although the place is a little off the beaten path (2.3 km drive over a narrow road), that's what makes for its charm and charm. You live in the middle of nature and have a phenomenal view of the mountains. We were able to experience a lot with our two dogs during our week hiking holiday and had a great time.

We were 2 families with 1 dog, 7 people in total and this place was perfect. Spacious living room, well laid out bedrooms with storage and 2 toilets. The accommodation is very modern, air-conditioned and in an extremely quiet environment. The exterior as well as the inside are very well thought out. The only negative was the fact that the curtains were not opaque and that it was very early light in the bedrooms because the shutters are with blades.

The space was in a perfect location for us to walk around Old Town Nice and use as a central base for exploring the area. The condo was well stocked with supplies, cleaning and kitchen basics. The two patios were lovely to relax and have a coffee and enjoy the outdoor space. The area was very close to shops and markets, but very quiet at night. The condo had a helpful guide with local recommendations and tips. I would recommend the condo to anyone visiting Nice, unless they have mobility issues, as there are a number of stairs to get into the condo and within the condo itself, which were not an issue for us.

This Airbnb is stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice. Every room has a balcony or court yard with beautiful views. It is so picturesque. The place was clean and we felt very safe, we really enjoyed our stay. Downstairs has a great living area to hang out as a group, with a great view. All rooms have a bathroom. It was the perfect stay! We felt so lucky to stay here! Helena was the perfect host, she was so responsive!!

The apartment was beautiful, with modern and high quality amenities. It had everything and more one may need for a comfortable stay. Laurie was super helpful and communicated very fast, answering all of my questions. It was a really great stay, i would definitely recommend it if you don‘t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the Nice downtown.

It was a wonderfully relaxing villa, with many spaces in the garden and pool to sit and enjoy the scenery. Very clean and tidy with traditional, charming rustic decor. Everything needed for a great holiday was provided, from fully functioning kitchen and outside grill area, to sunbeds and parasols by the pool and bedding and towels in all the bathrooms. Celine was a wonderful host who quickly answered the questions we had and was available when we needed her. Highly recommended

Clean and cozy house. Everything matches the host's description. We had a really good time. The only flaw is the lack of parking, but that's normal in a city like Sanremo. Strictly recommended

Absolutely perfect stay! The place was spotless and beautifully maintained. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to amazing restaurants, shops, and the beach. The view from the balcony was stunning, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The amenities were top-notch, and everything exceeded expectations. Brian was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Antonello's G house is well-stocked, very clean, with sheets, tablecloths, towels all of excellent quality and fragrant. The house is designed in every detail to make the guest feel good. The house had brand new blankets, a service of plates, cutlery and dishes for the kitchen as in a real Italian house. Antonello also hosted us with gifts: with wine, sauce and pasta as he knows how to make a guest. We felt pampered when we arrived. In addition, my boyfriend had a small cut on his finger and in the house we found everything you need (oxygenated water, first aid kit and many useful things for him). Sipping a coffee in the morning on that balcony with that view of the Ligurian Sea will remain in our hearts. A wonderful experience to experience. We'll definitely be back. Thank you Antonello!

We had a wonderful stay in Sanremo, the flat was very clean and welcoming, better than we expected. There is everything you can need during your stay. We enjoyed staying here and we would definitely recommend it to others. It is a close walk to the center of Sanremo or with the bikes Filippo offers. The pool was not yet open at this time of the year, but this was not an issue for us, we knew it upfront. We would definitely choose Filippos flat once again if we come back to Sanremo. Great apartment in a central location and close to the Promenade . Maria is a very responsive and gracious host. The apartment is bright, well appointed, very clean and comfortable. The terrasse is spacious. Everything was as described. We highly recommend this beautiful place! Thank you Maria! 😊
