Kay was very responsive. Set up very well. met a friend there before going to a Notre Dame game. It essentially was set up like a master bedroom on each side of the house. The living room was comfortable. Easy check-in, easy to get in the house, good recommendations for local restaurants.

We stayed at Nikki’s place for Memorial Day with our friends and kids and it was amazing! The living space was very spacious and accommodating for a large group of people. Both Nikki and Josh were very responsive to any issues that arose during the stay and we will definitely be staying here again!

Lakefront home on beautiful Simonton Lake

My family stayed for a week. I liked that the home was spacious and had many spaces to hang out. There is a living room, room to watch TV and a nice hang out area downstairs for kids or adults to play games. The outside area was perfect with a fire pit near the water and a deck with a table for six and a gas grill. We grilled most nights. The kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of plates, bowls, serving wear, grilling equipment, etc. We never lacked anything during the stay. The master bedroom is quite nice with a very comfortable king bed, view of the lake and small balcony with a good size connecting bathroom. Our host was very responsive with quick responses to any questions. The home had everything we needed for a family stay. We played a board game one night and rented a pontoon. We took the kayaks out daily and many days also took the canoe out. We would return again.
