We cannot express how much we loved our stay at Saverio’s. It was absolutely PERFECT! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The home itself was beautiful in construction, clean, stylishly decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including little extras like fresh coffee, teas, local advertisements for restaurants, and also recommended the local grocery for toiletries or food items. Saverio’s home couldn’t be in a better location, tucked in a charming part of the countryside with views that will take your breath away and make you fall in love with this part of Italy. Even being out-of-town, you are close to everything. The town of Magione has a wonderful and friendly restaurant with fantastic pizza and entrees- I Cento Passi. Saverio, thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home, we are grateful for the experience.

A beautiful stay in Tuscany perfect for relaxing on the property and visiting towns.

My son and I had a great stay in Federica’s house. It’s very spacious with great facilities including a balcony from the main bedroom and a very large garden which was great to sit out in. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, there was a large kitchen which all the necessary facilities and a few extra ones. We thoroughly recommend Federica’s home.

What a beautiful place! Great view of the lake. Sergio was incredibly friendly and responsive. He gave us local recommendations and even made us a fruit salad. I will definitely be booking with Sergio again the next time we are in Umbria.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Daniele’s place. This was our favourite place during our trip around Italy, I wish we could have stayed longer. The villa is super peaceful in gorgeous surroundings. Carmine and Gioia were super co-hosts and very welcoming to us. The villa was spotless and beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Although it was out of the city, getting into the city was walkable or a short bus ride away. We would love to come back to stay for longer, thank you Daniele.

I truly enjoyed my stay here! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as shown in the photos. The best part was the host – so kind, warm, and welcoming! They made sure I had everything I needed and were always just a message away. 😊 Just something to note for future guests: the house is quite remote and up a hill, with no nearby neighbors. It can feel a little quiet. if you're not used to that kind of setting. But if you're looking for peace, privacy, and a break from the busy world, this is the perfect escape. Overall, a lovely stay with a wonderful host. Thank you so much for everything! 🌟

Were were a party of five and had a true Umbrian experience at Nicolette's place. Communication was excellent and she was quick to respond to any questions. Recommendations for restaurants and experiences were great. We used several. The House - spacious, well appointed, charming! Pass through the vineyards and the woods to the house on the hills with the incredible view. We even saw wild boar crossing the road one night on the way back. We enjoyed the pool every day, swimming with the most incredible view of the Umbrian hills and gardens. I really can't say enough. Location was perfect for day trips to other areas and 10 minutes to the old city centre. Thank you Nicoletta for a truly beautiful experience. Tracy

We had the absolute pleasure of spending three unforgettable days at Paolo and Monica’s 800-year-old farmhouse — and it was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The home itself is stunning: full of history, character, and comfort, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Each morning, Paolo and Monica prepared a beautiful, fresh breakfast spread complete with homemade cakes and warm, delicious options that started our days off with so much care and joy. The hospitality was truly beyond compare — Paolo and Monica are salt-of-the-earth people with hearts of gold. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting with the many animals they lovingly care for. From eagles and owls to donkeys, horses, peacocks, ducks, and sheep — it felt like something out of a storybook. Monica’s passion for rescuing and training animals is inspiring, and added such a special, personal touch to the experience. Thier home is filled with beauty, warmth, and heart. Wow, what a beautiful apartment this was. Nestled in the countryside by the Tuscany/Umbria border is this gorgeous farmhouse owned by Simona and Yens and what a find it was! The rolling hills are captivating and if you want to switch off, enjoy visiting beautiful villages, eat lovely food and really rest, this is the place to do it. We were welcomed by their two friendly dogs and received lots of tips about the local area from Yens on arrival. The apartment is spacious and serene. From spending evenings on the patio eating al fresco, watching the stars or having morning swims, we had a wonderful time and would wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone and everyone seeking some peace and quiet. The farmhouse is remote but it's very easy to get anywhere by car and the drives are never dull with the countryside views. It's hard to put into words how relaxing this place is and so I suggest you book and find out, you won't regret it! Thank you so much Simona and Yens!

I cannot say enough about our trip to Martino’s villa. What a lovely villa in the cute town of San Casciano dei Bagni. We had a great family vacation, enjoying some of the smaller towns and a visit to Montepulciano . We enjoyed Eleanor’s cooking for us two nights- what an amazing chef! Martino was very responsive and helpful when we needed something. I hope we can return one day!

This Airbnb is amazing. We had a wonderful stay. The scenery is beautiful, it is quite and calming. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to relax. The place was spotless and very comfortable. A bit of a challenge up the driveway but don't let that put you off, the reward is worth it. Jannis is a great host, easy to communicate with as well.

Wow- this place is incredible. This place was outside the budget that we set for accommodation, but we would book it all over again in a heartbeat. It's more of a 5-star hotel experience than an airbnb. The property is stunning, and full of gardens, flowers and fig trees. The view over the hills towards Orvieto is something you could stare at all day. The room is serviced (meaning your bed is made) and the room restocked with cold drinks and fresh towels daily. The infinity pool looks out of the best view and has amazing loungers and you can order snacks and drinks right to the pool. They owner is an incredible chef and they offer a dinner service most nights. The food is exceptional. You can go into town and spend less for great italian comfort food, but if you are interested in creative, elevated dining, it's a great experience. The staff are so warm and welcoming and there at any moment if you need something. Also - breakfast is included and is AMAZING. We'll be back soon!

What a fantastic house, in an even better location. Very private and amazing views. The house had everything you need, and a great pool. We also had Martin’s housekeeper cooking for us, that was very special. Martin is a great host, very responsive and proactive, he knows where to find the great local restaurants. He even gave great tips for a trip to Rome. Will come again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and fell in love with Assisi. Very helpful and responsive host. The home was immaculate and had everything we needed. The illy coffee was a nice touch. Wish we had stayed longer in this charming place. We hope to visit again soon.

Everything was great, close to the square, quiet and comfortable, clean space, small space for two, the host was very enthusiastic, will come again next time.

THE BEST! My first view out the small terrace was possibly the most beautiful I will ever see: a large mountainside of fields, olive and grape vineyards, quaint homes and large monasteries, winding roads and long high speed passenger trains! Inside, the design and materials of this home cannot be beat: a beautiful combination of 3000 year old history stocked full of modern comforts! Open the doors and windows and feel the breeze waft through smelling of honeysuckle and jasmine. Giovanni’s Castle on the Rock is just amazing. We especially were interested in the Orvieto tuff caves dug by the Bronze Age Etruscans. Beneath our feet were two floors of these caves, beautifully finished and lit with marble and tile floors and steps. Nearby were two more remarkable systems of caves: Il Labirinto and Della La Cava. The latter is less than a block away. Both are far better than the Orvieto Underground! Treat yourselves to this delightful discovery! It’s the perfect rest stop in a medieval city!

Annarita and her house were amazing! She was so kind, friendly and super helpful. We needed instructions on how to get to the train station and not only did she tell us where to meet the bus and when, she walked us to the store to purchase the tickets and then to the bus stop so we knew exactly where to go. The house was spotless and exactly as it looks in the pictures. There was a grocery store, a bakery, and a fruit and vegetable market all within a 10 minute walk of her house. We walked back to the house from the old town (Orvieto Duomo) in about 30 minutes. Obviously it would take longer if you were to walk up to the old town due to the hills. Also, there were tons of free parking spaces right outside the house. If we are ever back in this area, we would love to stay at Annarita's again!

Charming living room, bedroom and patio with a view that is unparalleled in beauty and tranquility. Beautiful room, well-stocked, everything extremely well cared for in detail by a person - Elena, although we did not have the opportunity to meet - who puts love into providing an experience that is absolutely worth repeating. The common areas are also extremely well-kept and comfortable.

A beautiful & private stay! Emanuela was very helpful, she came over once we arrived to go over house procedures. So quiet at night, comfortable bed, just a great & easy place to stay for a few nights.

One of the most unique, homey and wonderful places on earth. Found Pitigliano with a little research and glad we did - make sure you make your way to Saturnia for the thermal pools as well. Was a little caught off guard with no WiFi for international travel but had WiFi at the cafe upstairs!

This place was incredible, close to everything Orvieto has to offer and the host was very helpful with recommendations and suggestions for what to do with our time in the enchanting town.
