Cosy cottage in the nature and 75 meter to ocean

This is a wonderful, charming and cozy cottage in a naturreservate with just 100 meter to the ocean, where you also find a small beach and rocks. People like the silence here. Its a with bunk bed (140cm bed and 90 cm beds) and a trinettekitchen and fridge. Shower is outside with cold och hot vatter and also a dubbel outhouse with view over the ocean. Our big house is just beside, but still you got youre own place. Its 21 km to Gothenburg, 17 km to Kungälv and to the lovley Marstrand its 26 km.

Här bor ni med fantastisk havsutsikt nära bad, skog och natur i ett nybyggt fritidshus på 30 kvadrat plus sovloft. Huset erbjuder alla tänkbara bekvämligheter så som diskmaskin, tvättmaskin, induktionshäll, ugn, tv mm. Njut av solnedgången på den härliga altanen eller ta en kort promenad ner till bryggan för ett dopp. Närhet till centrala till Stenungsund med affärer och restauranger. I närområdet finns många fina utflyktsmål. Till Orust/Tjörn och övriga Bohuslän tar man sig snabbt och lätt.

Njut hela året i unik pittoresk miljö. Lugnt promenadvänligt område med boende nära havet ca 100 meter till bad. Centrum med affärer, restauranger, pubar, butiker, vårdcentral, busshållplats tar ca 15 minuter att promenera till eller ta med Pick-nick på Klåvholmen, 5 minuter via Pontonbro. Njut på avstånd av båtarna som passerar vid Havets E6. Stillheten råder kvällstid, men önskas nattliv ta taxibåt från centrum rakt upp på Smögenbryggan med sjudande folkliv på sommar och stillhet vintertid.

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Spacious terrace for sunbathing and evening bbq. You will love swimming in the fjord. Private beach and jetty (for the neighbourhood). Open fireplace and unlimited Wi-Fi. The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.
