Vacation rentals with a patio in Ortaca

The house has everything needed, we stayed comfortably for 6 people, the house is new and all the electrical appliances are working smoothly. The place is very central, very close to basic locations such as bakery, grocery store and market place, the location of the house is 20-30 minutes from the beaches of Muğla to visit.

I came to Sarıgerme for the first time and preferred Mila Apart for the stay. Mr. Uğur is a great host. I had 4 peaceful days where I felt right at home.

My parents had an all-around pleasant and completely uncomplicated stay at Okşan's. Upon arrival, they felt warmly welcomed. The accommodation was not only spotlessly clean, but also lovingly and thoughtfully equipped – nothing was really missing. You can immediately tell that Okşan attaches great importance to comfort and well-being. We would book again anytime and can recommend the accommodation without reservation.

Ms. Perihan is a very good host and her house is a very good house that meets the needs. We never thought we would have had such a good experience. It made us feel like we were in our own home, and we even thought, “We were the first to hire it so far.” The location of the house is enormous. It can even be a great choice if you have a car and are going to visit the surrounding places. Because it's close to everything. Many thanks to Ms. Perihan.

Location, location, location! If you can find a more beautiful 4 bedroom villa with private pool closer to the centre of Dalyan then good luck. It was a 10 second walk (not minutes) to the nearest mini market and bar and 5 minutes in either direction would bring you more restaurants and bars than you could ever visit once in a month. You are situated right on the river, the hub of Dalyan and it's many boat trips. The villa is spacious with large screen TV with Netflix and Amazon Video installed if you have a day of poor weather or fancy a night in. The bedrooms are large and spacious with very comfortable beds, all with good quality Aircon and all ensuite. Only small consideration would be for the master bedroom to have a fully functioning shower alongside the large fitted bath. Had a fabulous 2 week holiday at villa Mariposa, would highly recommend and would happily stay here again.

Everything was as it appeared in the photos. If there is a place in the center in terms of location, you can see many places with a 10-minute drive. It was a useful house among the citrus trees. Everything is available in the house, just bring food and drink. I was wondering if there was anything in the kitchen. The bedrooms and lounge had air conditioning. The garden is great for children, a certain part of it is just the grass. We really enjoyed it. A place where you can relax and see. Thank you for everything.

We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Cozy, Ihsan and his family were so attentive and even gave us a welcome cake. The property was spotless and in a good location with a bar opposite and a small supermarket about a 3 min walk away. Easy walk into town about 8 mins. The villa is stunning and had all the facilities you could possibly need, we cannot recommend this villa enough and will be back next year! Thank you!

A great play to stay, everywhere was only 30 or so minutes a way in a car to the beach or nice town. Murat was super helpful, and very response. The house was a described and all very comfortable, we spent 10 days as a family 6 there, lots of time in the pool, everyone loved it. Highly recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hüseyin’s place, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I booked, Hüseyin was incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure I had all the information I needed for a smooth check-in. The property itself was exactly as described, if not better. It was spotless, well-decorated, and equipped with everything I could possibly need. The attention to detail was evident, and it felt like a true home away from home. The location was perfect—close to all beautiful beaches and places like Sarigerme, Dalyan , Iztusu and another peaceful areas. What really stood out was Hüseyin’s hospitality. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay, offering great local tips and even checking in occasionally to make sure everything was going well. It’s clear that they truly care about their guests and take pride in providing an outstanding experience. I would highly recommend staying at Hüseyin’s place…

Mr. Erdem's mansion impressed us a lot, it is perfect for those who want to relax in nature with animal sounds. Mr. Erdem's kindness and helpfulness made us very happy, it was an experience that we already planned to come back.
