Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Ortaca

A gorgeous hide away in the mountains with great views. Our family had a great time. A car is a must. Sunset Restaurant highly recommended for authentic Turkish home cooking and an incredible sunset. We are looking forward to next time already.

Ms. Özge and her husband greeted us personally at the door. We had problems in another house and changed our route and came here, it made us forget our bad experience. Everything was spotless and the house was peaceful. It's a much more beautiful house than the photos. The house is located in a central place, closest to all sightseeing routes, very attached to the bazaar. The garden of the house is great. There is a great pier belonging to the house at the end of the pomegranate garden, we had the opportunity to fish there, Ms. Özge and her husband helped us from the camping chair to the inventory where we will fish. We most loved fishing while we accompanied the sunset and birth at the pier. The pool was spotless and we used it very comfortably with our children. A very beautiful house in nature, definitely stay here if you are on your way to Dalyan. Great family very hospitable. We say that we now have a door in Dalyan, we felt at home. We will definitely be back. Glad we crossed paths. Thank you so much for everything.

Great house and just as nice host. Ms. Kadriye and her husband are so nice that they helped us with everything. The house is sparkling clean. So far I have rented more than 15 homes in different countries. The cleanest was Ms. Kadriye's house. Better than most 5 star hotels. In terms of location, it is in a strategic location right in the middle of many bays and attractions. when it comes to the house amenities, the house has all the amenities. The kitchen has everything you need. There are fresh towels and slippers. Each room has air conditioning. The house is very new. Highly recommend. Worth every penny you give

Mr Huseyin and his family are wonderful hosts. Communication is great, they are friendly, kind and extremely welcoming. Check in/out by Dale on behalf of the host was smooth and easy. The Villa is an amazing place to have a relaxing stay. Clean, spacious, homely, great facilities, as described and as the photo's clearly show. The location of the Villa is quiet and private but only a short walk into the centre of Dalyan and the many shops, bars and restaurants. The host cleans the pool and gardens everyday which are immaculately maintained with fruit trees, plants and flowers. I stayed with my Mum and Daughter, we had a fantastic holiday. This is a special place to stay and come home to after a day of trips or sightseeing, made particularly memorable by the hospitality of the host and his family. The saying 'we arrived as guests but left as friends' has never been more true. I would highly recommend Villa Pedaliza and will be booking again on my next visit to this beautiful area.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hüseyin’s place, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I booked, Hüseyin was incredibly responsive and helpful, making sure I had all the information I needed for a smooth check-in. The property itself was exactly as described, if not better. It was spotless, well-decorated, and equipped with everything I could possibly need. The attention to detail was evident, and it felt like a true home away from home. The location was perfect—close to all beautiful beaches and places like Sarigerme, Dalyan , Iztusu and another peaceful areas. What really stood out was Hüseyin’s hospitality. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay, offering great local tips and even checking in occasionally to make sure everything was going well. It’s clear that they truly care about their guests and take pride in providing an outstanding experience. I would highly recommend staying at Hüseyin’s place…

We had a very nice holiday as a family, the house was clean and spacious inside (beds, bathroom, kitchen were clean) and outside (garden parts). The villa was as in the images. It is obvious that the house is new. The pool was clean, and it was maintained and cleaned as long as we stayed. The pool was so much fun. The garden was spacious and airy. It was pleasant to have breakfast with the sound of birds in the garden. We had a barbecue in the backyard. Onur Can was friendly and gave quick answers. He left snacks (chips, biscuits, water, etc.) because we were on the road. There is no problem with flies during the day. There are mosquitoes only in the evenings. Since all the windows and the door to the veranda of the villa had mosquito nets, there were not many flies entering the house, and fly repellents were sufficient to protect against flies escaping when opening and closing the doors and sitting in the garden. Mosquitoes are a general problem in the area in the evenings, but fly repellents work. Iztuzu beach was close and beautiful. Thank you Onur Can

Beautiful location near the beach, new premises, comfortable beds and linen. Kitchen has everything we needed. Very friendly hosts and help with all our requests. Local shop is in 15 minute walking distance and beach is 3 minutes. Has been a wonderful stay and highly recommended for a nature escape.

The house has everything needed, we stayed comfortably for 6 people, the house is new and all the electrical appliances are working smoothly. The place is very central, very close to basic locations such as bakery, grocery store and market place, the location of the house is 20-30 minutes from the beaches of Muğla to visit.

Suat and his son Mehmet are extremely friendly and helpful hosts who respond immediately to messages and were always very easy to reach. The house is in the middle of a very nice olive grove, very quiet, with sea and mountain views. A somewhat overgrown, but very nice hiking trail leads directly past the house. The equipment is very good (washing machine, dishwasher). A rental car is highly recommended here. The sandy beach is within 5-10 minutes walking distance and also well suited for children.

Can was very helpful checking in and showing us around. Provided us great breakfast when we had to leave early and apartment was very clean and well tended to. thank you !

A place to stay with pleasure when you come to Dalyan. Everything was just like in the photos and descriptions. As a guest, every question we had was answered quickly. There was also support for early check-in. A place we won't hesitate to stay again. Highly recommend.

Really cute studio. Nicely finished, very comfortable. Great location, pretty close to town centre. Nice and quiet too.

Host was brilliant, check in was swift. The apartment was spotless and clean, only downside was a strong smell of smoke but could be from previous guests. Host recommend places to get food and offered to print my boarding pass. The house was quite warm, ac on full blast wasn’t enough to cool it. Good stay and nice area with good host.
