This simple apartment is a short walk to Lake Osoyoos , grocery and shopping. Large deck with lake view. The apartment includes a modern kitchen, full bathroom, Central air and heat, wifi and TV. As stated in accessibility, you must be able to climb stairs to stay here. There is a caretaker downstairs. (separate apartment including spectate entry) The apartment is fully cleaned after every stay. There is a recent review stating that there is no soap, and other mistruths. Can’t win em all :)

Cute cabin on a 100 acre lake. Enjoy swimming to the floating dock and kayaking, canoeing, paddle boards(4 kayaks 1 canoe 2 paddle boards)hiking in spring/summer. There is public hunting Areas nearby. The area is popular for fishing(Conconully state park is about 10 Miles away, as well as many other lakes) the swimming is AMAZING! Plenty of sunshine. Cabin is on 20 acres, owners live on adjacent 44 acres. Lots of privacy for guests and the hosts. No cleaning fee or chore list.

Vintage lakeside and vineyard cottages including a 1 mile long sandy beach w/marina. Resort amenities: diner, pool/hot tub, fitness center, beach firepit, roped off swim area in the lake, and charging station for your electric vehicle. There are also a few trails to hike ranging from easy to straight up Cactus Mountain!

They can been seen regularly. The Kettle River in known For great floating during July and August. Canoeing mid June to early July pending water levels. Fishing is catch and release. Access to great mountain trails, biking, ATV, horseback Riding(your own horses), hiking and hunting. Leave the wifi home.

Our sweet little cabin was built with much love. It’s clean, cozy and has everything you need for few days of refuge from life’s busy buzz. Close to the river, golf, ski hill, hiking, KVR bike trail and many more adventures. Has fridge, bbq, one burner propane plate and induction toaster oven. Bathroom and queen bed in loft. All bedding and linens are available. Kids welcome as there is futon couch that folds into bed. Fire pit for when fires are allowed.

Spent two nights at Nissa's cabin with my partner and pup. Nissa was very helpful and promptly answered any questions wr had. The cabin was gorgeous and very comfortable. Had an amazing stay enjoying a fire, time at the river, and BBQing. Would definitely stay again and recommended the stay to anyone interested!

It was a beautiful, serene place. I loved how it was nestled in the country side, along a beautiful river, with a gorgeous view of the mountain side. The hosts were impeccable, recommending me to places and allowing me to hike on their property. They were such gracious hosts to my dog and I. Absolutely adored this place, would highly recommend to others and cannot wait to come back.

Richard is an amazing host. Loved my stay in his incredibly clean RV complete with a covered porch, fairy lights, clean gas grill and fire pit. Very quiet location and easy walking and cycling distance into town and surrounds. Osoyoos experienced a freak and violent storm that blew branches off the surrounding trees. No sooner had it stopped and Richard was there to check in on me and clear surrounding areas of debris. Peaceful environment and very relaxing. RV has both aircon and heating and both were needed and appreciated during typically changing autumn weather in the area. Loved my stay.

Amazing location right on the water. Gorgeous views. Nice there's a little beach area on the other side of the wall. I love the construction of the home. The windows are great, but everyone needs to know they face east and it's really bright really early. It's a nice quiet street. The bathrooms are nice.

Thank you for a great stay! Such a quaint bunk house! Being so close to so many fabulous wineries, the great views, morning kitten cuddles (they were so cute). The location was very easy to find. Very comfortable space, lovely patio, Plenty of coffee and tea. I would definitely stay again as it was perfectly central for more wine tours and 5 minutes from town. Thanks again!

Beautiful, fun in the Sun, Lakefront Property!

This lakehouse was absolutely beautiful. My fiancé and I were lucky enough to enjoy it for a month! The kitchen is well equipped and the refrigerator had ample space. The bathrooms had enough toilet paper for the whole month in addition to liquid hand soap and a bar of soap for the shower (shampoo/conditioner are not included). There’s also a washer and dryer which was super convenient. The lake is absolutely gorgeous though there are lots of flies in the grass, which makes it difficult to sit outside. The screened porch is an excellent area to hang out without being swarmed by flies. There’s also a grill and fire pit. It was very tranquil, beautiful, and a perfect escape from the city. I would definitely return!
