Beachfront vacation rentals in Orosei

From the minute we booked Fabio's place he has been a first class host. Always replied to questions and has been extremely helpful both before and during our stay, nothing was too much trouble for him. The property was pristine and it is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood just 2 minutes walk to the beach with a selection of bars and restaurants to eat and drink from. We cant reccommend this property highly enough and if motorcycling is your thing it is perfectly located to explore the amazing roads and scenery Sardinia has to offer. Homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine to welcome you. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea views and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with a large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything was okay. We enjoyed the time fully. If you're looking for tourist crowds, you'll certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

The house was clean and with an amazing view! The access to the small „private“ beach is beautiful as well as the beach. Thank you! We had a lovely week :)

We had a wonderful and relaxing week in Santa Maria Navarrese. Loredana's apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood only about 5 min walk from the beach. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is very tastefully decorated, very cozy and sparkling clean. Everything is brand new. The summer heat at noon can be perfectly escaped through the A/C in all rooms. From cozy beds to a fully equipped kitchen, everything is perfect. But on an Airbnb rental, the most important thing last!!........ that's of course the hostess :-). Loredana!! She is a fantastic host...!! We had caused damage in the kitchen... how confident and warm she reacted was already extraordinary ... Grazie Loredana

Everything about this place is perfect. Location, communication, huge bathroom, everything you need in kitchen, balcony looking over the sea. Will book again upon return to area. Thanks for having us Aussie’s.

The accommodation is very nice and well-kept. Very well equipped and perfect in all its spaces including the parking for the car. Very bright with a beautiful terrace that unfortunately, given the rain we could use little! Highly recommended

We were there in the low season at the beginning of June. During our stay, the other two apartments in the house were not rented, so we had it very quiet. Our host Riccardo was super nice, the contact was straightforward and friendly. If we had questions, we quickly got an answer. The accommodation was a few minutes from the sea, but you could not go into the water directly at the house because it is rocky there. It took about 10 minutes to walk to the sandy beach. The beach is very nice and clean, with bright sand. There was a parasol in the apartment. There is a bar on the beach that offers drinks and snacks. In the village there is also a small supermarket. For larger purchases, however, it is a bit expensive, so it is recommended to shop in a larger city. The neighboring town of Santa Lucia is worth a visit. This is also located right by the sea and in the middle of the pine forest. There are numerous restaurants

The apartment is very cozy and everything was very clean and smelled good. It is also very quiet. The bed is totally comfortable & the bedding super clean, the bathroom as well, modern and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped! It's a 3-minute walk to the sea and a small mini market is also around the corner. Martha was able to help me with all questions and gave me great tips for the area and local food. Martha's aunt gave us fruit and was also very helpful. All in all, a great place to stay!

The host is so friendly and very responsive. He helped make our stay very smooth and enjoyable. The apartment is as described and pictured and has been meticulously renovated and has all the amenities needed to make our stay comfortable and homely. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and garden area for dining. The location was optimal to access a lovely beach via a short walk or a shuttle service. There is also access to the resort facilities including a pool and a restaurant onsite. The local town which is a short 2 min drive has a supermarket, bakery, cafe, gelateria and a few restaurants. The airport is a short 15 min car ride and the main town of Olbia is close by too. We enjoyed exploring the nearby towns and coastline on the west and northern coast of the island. We look forward to returning very soon !

Chiara was so friendly and helpful. When I needed help, a delivery sent, or changes made to the reservation she was so responsive and kind. I had tons of questions and she didn't mind at all. The area is truly beautiful. I was there off season and it was quiet and empty (definitely needed a car for groceries) but every beach I wanted to go to was walkable. The house had everything I needed and the garden was lovely. Was a perfect month and a great price. Thank you Chiara!!!!!

Piero's house makes you feel right at home. Everything is nicely furnished and you have plenty of space. Also in the garden you can make yourself comfortable on the loungers or the covered lounge. The beautiful beach can be reached on foot in less than 5 min. We liked it very much and we can recommend the house and Piero as a landlord with the best conscience.

Serena's apartment is lovingly decorated and clean with a beautiful, modern bathroom. It is located in a very nice and well-kept garden. Unfortunately, the opening of the pool was delayed due to cleaning work, but of course Serena was not responsible for this. She was always available and responded quickly to any questions that arose. We were able to check in earlier and were also allowed to check out later to use the pool at least on the day of departure. We had a great time overall, but I recommend a car because of the location. You should also bring a basic set of food, as due to the Italian regulations on vacation rentals, basic things such as salt/pepper, oil and the like are missing, which we did not know. The kitchen is very well equipped with appliances (even a large freezer compartment and a real oven are available). We only missed a dishwasher. We can recommend the property!

The place is located in a quiet area, with a pool and a cove 3 min walk. It has tennis courts, soccer, volleyball. It is necessary to hire linens and towels if they do not take them. Access is very good. There is a parking just alado but you have to move the luggage by hand about 50 meters since it is a pedestrian area and the car does not access the house. It has air conditioning, which is greatly appreciated. The water is not drinkable almost anywhere on the island, so you have to buy before you go. If no food is brought there is a bar right in the development for breakfast, lunch and dinner. But it is advisable to stop as you leave the airport at some supermarket. Anyway there are shops in urbanizations nearby within a 5 min drive. But you should look at the times because it closes at noon. There is a community pool with 3 other houses. Very quiet and relaxing.

We felt very comfortable in the complex. If we had any questions or needed anything, Paola responded immediately and arranged everything in a flash! Although the pool is only filled at the beginning of April, Paola made sure that we had it available in March. The beach and the pine forest in front of it are very nice! Thanks for the lovely holiday! :-)

Unfortunately, we were only there for a few days and would definitely recommend it. 🥰Valeria and her brother were very friendly & helpful. The apartment has all the necessary things (e.g. laundry rack, beach umbrella, toaster). We didn't miss anything, except fly swatter :) but there was one for little money in the supermarket. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was great. (There is also one in the living room). There's one thing we didn't understand until the end: light switches. It became a running gag to guess when which light comes on :D Three of us four are always plagued by mosquitoes, so the mosquito nets were great! We had the upper apartment, unfortunately we only understood at the end that the mosquitoes probably also come through the fireplace. So a tip to others: light these mosquito coils in the fireplace so that they may stay outside. Unfortunately, we couldn't get out in the evening because of the mosquitoes. But the garden is beautiful. There is a great bay within walking distance. Thank you for everything!

We were there with 3 adults and two children (3 and 1 years) and it is really perfect. We were able to check in earlier by arrangement with Federica (2 pm) and found everything as described. An absolute dream is the olive grove with outdoor kitchen behind the house. You can't decide where you want to eat because there are so many places. The kitchen is equipped with the important things. Do not expect too much from the robot vacuum cleaner, it often gets lost and does not take everything with it. That's not a problem, you can run it for extra cleanliness, that's enough. Top washing machine. Federica was always available and helped us with various topics. The east side there is a quiet area, not very touristy. Beautiful beaches, few people. If you want to see a lot, you have to expect longer travel times. There is no public transport, only accessible by car.

Well where do I start apart from just Wow! Wow! Wow! The vista just takes your breath away, from a huge picture windows and out in the beautifully kept gardens surrounded by mountains. It’s an ideal location to easily reach multiple amazing breathtaking beaches within less than 15minutes drive. As well as having 3 small private intimate beaches within a 7 minute walk of the villa. The villa itself is beautifully constructed with Sardinia stone making it blend into the uninterrupted surroundings. The bed was very comfortable and the whole villa very clean and well maintained. The kitchen had all of the pots pans needed. with plastic plates and cups to eat out on the beautiful patio without the worry of breaking class or crockery. They too are also provided. The villa and path leading to it is well light at night, and the area very safe to walk around in the evenings. Rosy was an amazing host. Extremely attentive and helpful, and responded very quickly. We will be back for sure❤️

A lovely place to stay.

Francesco is a helpfull host, the room is nice, the beaches are close, there are few nice restaurants in the area, the store is very close too. Francesco helps you with almost everything. Really nice place for a nice holiday.
