This was our third stay at Todd and Karen's incredible Airbnb, and once again, they didn't disappoint! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and generosity. The house itself is a true gem — spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. But the highlight, without a doubt, is the massive backyard! It’s perfect for lounging, playing, or just taking in the peace and quiet of nature. Every time we’ve stayed, we’ve spent hours out there, and it never gets old. Todd and Karen truly go above and beyond to make their guests feel special. This time, knowing it was my birthday, they surprised me with the most delicious cupcakes. Such a thoughtful and personal touch that made the experience even more memorable. It’s little things like this that make staying here feel like a home away from home. We can't wait to return for our next stay! Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable, beautiful spot with amazing hosts!

Elizabeth and Craig were fantastic hosts, incredible welcoming and attentive. The A-frame is a beautiful place, larger than I expected from the pictures and well decorated. We had a wonderful week exploring the immediate neighbourhood, going to the local beaches, lots of bbqs and not to forget a few hot tub sessions! We had both sunshine and rain and the place catered for both! Thank you again for a wonderful stay and week, we had a blast.

We enjoyed staying in Jackie’s place. We did swimming, got a lot of fish, though not too big. Beautiful lake and boats coming back and forth. Walking distance to store on the lake. We also enjoyed very much the hot tub. Jackie is very responsive to our requests. Thanks Jackie for allowing us to check in early.

Arlee was a sublime host. All of amenities were just as described. the location was great, host was extremely responsive and helpful. I would definitely come back and visit this place again with our family

Me and my 7 friends fit wonderfully in this house. The location was perfect, only about a 7-10 minute walk to beach 1 and the main strip. We had a great time. Would definitely recommend this place for a peaceful vacation away from home!

My friends and I stayed at this cottage over Thanksgiving weekend and had an amazing time! The cottage was clean and had all the amenities needed. The location was beautiful, with the canoe, kayak and pedal boat being an amazing way to explore the lake. Kristian was also a great host - responded fast, gave recommendations, and was very welcoming. We would definitely recommend this place!

This was very very clean for a cottage/cabin. It was nice to see there were no cobwebs or insects inside! Right off the lake with a beautiful view. It was nice and quiet inside and peaceful outside. The owners were really nice folks that are alway nearby if we needed something! Definitely will be coming back!

Janice was an amazing and incredibly thoughtful host. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely appreciated by all the small, personalized touches. Her instructions were clear, detailed, and so helpful — she really thought of everything we might need during our stay. We especially appreciated how responsive and kind she was, including leaving the canoe out for us, complete with a cup to bail out rainwater. She also let us know about the fire ban in advance, which was very considerate. The cottage itself had more than we expected — cozy and well-stocked. We had such a great time kayaking, canoeing, and fishing on the lake. Would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed at this lovely cabin for a family trip to celebrate our baby’s first birthday, and it turned out to be absolutely perfect! The place was beautifully planned, clean, and cozy — ideal for creating some truly special memories. Everything about our experience was smooth. Communication was clear and prompt throughout. A big kudos to Richard — he’s a wonderful host! Super responsive, kind, and made sure everything was just right for our stay. We left with hearts full of joy and memories we’ll cherish forever. A great escape from city life. So peaceful and private. All the fun of camping with the bonus of the lovely cabins. So much wildlife around and the beautiful nature. Brain was very friendly and checked in to make sure everything was good. A perfect last summer weekend getaway!

Rocco is an “Amazing Host” anything you need you got it. Our stay was great the beach, marshmallows by the fire, we had happy kids. The pizza was fabulous and the ice cream oh the ice cream! I would recommend this place top notch

We had a really nice September weekend at Helen's cottage. The cottage is bright with nice big windows. The property on the river is beautiful with some lovely birch trees. We were especially happy to sit on the muskoka chairs and read our books. Very peaceful. Lots of outdoor seating options and the gazebo accessible from the kitchen or the back deck was especially appreciated. We ate most of our meals there. We were all happy with this cottage.

We had a great time during our weekend stay!! There were lots of outdoor spaces to sit and enjoy (decks at the front and back of the house), as well as a sun room, which was nice to have as it rained during our visit. The cottage is located in a quiet neighbourhood and is super close to the beach. The internet/service is a bit spotty at times, which made Netflix/streaming services harder to watch when we did get some rain. This wasn't a problem for us (and probably not most) as there is always lots of other things to do, but if you are bringing kids/wanting to use this, it might be helpful to download a couple things ahead of time :)

This place is amazing! A cozy cabin in the woods with a sauna and hot tub – perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle of the city. Ryan is super friendly and always ready to help. Thank you for creating such a wonderful spot! We’d love to come back again.

It is clear the owners have put a lot of care and thought to every aspect of a stay at their cottage. Outside, there were 3 canoes available with PFDs and paddles; the dock was perfect for fishing- we caught bass and sunfish, and catfish, plus we also swam too. Pool noodles and ample outdoor dock seating was also available. The outdoor seating and dining area was really wonderful and afforded a view of the river still but also surrounded by trees that sound so lovely in the wind. There are neighbors on either side but everyone keeps to their own and feels very private. The barbecue worked great and it was so thoughtful how there was a lighter and a spatula and tongs clean and provided for easy access. The place was stacked with things you may have forgotten at home like a post-swim q-tip or herbal tea. The forest across the street is uninhabited and was great for mushroom foraging. I would 100% recommend this place as it had exceeded our expectations at every turn.

This is such a sweet and rustic cabin - the perfect cozy spot for a couple getaway. And the private beach just steps across the road is beautiful - perfect sandy swimming in clear water. Sunset views were spectacular!
