The apartment was just as shown in the photos. Many restaurants enarby. Also grocery stores can be found 2mins away. Transportation is near: easy access to RER/Metro. Dany and Sophie were very friendly too. I would book it again.

Very quiet neighborhood, you could relax after the hardships of visiting Paris, in addition you could spend time on the terrace among the plants, nice owner, very hospitable and immediately you felt good there, so far I slept in the center but it was always crowded and somehow so-so, here we just felt very good, I was with the kids and they were also delighted with the place

This accommodation is ideal both for enjoying the calm of the banks of the Marne and for convenient and short access to inner Paris. Excellent experience. A comfortable apartment with very nice modern decor, very well equipped, very clean, and very quiet. Easily accessible (nearby transport), with supermarket, pharmacy and bakery nearby. Parking is available if needed. And great responsive, attentive, considerate hosts. I recommend it 400%

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and overall had a good experience. The location was beautiful, trendy, and matched the listing photos. The Airbnb was comfortable, clean & well-equipped which made my stay pleasant. Communication with the host was slightly vague which delayed check-in. But check-out was smooth. A couple of things to note for future guests is to walk around to side entrance because the GPS brings you to front entrance. Overall, I would recommend this place for travelers, and I appreciate the host’s hospitality. Thank you for a nice stay!

We spent two nights at Dorian's place. The apartment was clean and the host was always responsive to our questions. If we go back to Paris, we won't hesitate to rebook it.

We absolutely loved our three nights in Damien’s house! It’s so beautiful, full of gorgeous art and objects. The neighbourhood is also lovely. And it’s such a comfortable and well-appointed place to stay - we’d recommend it to anyone.

There are usually two types of places on Airbnb, there houses for rent and there are homes. This is second type, it's somebody's home owner let you to stay. Place has a lot of stuff, garage full of instruments and tools for creative people, kitchen is probably the most equiped I ever saw anywhere, I had to learn how to use thermomix for ex. Cookware is expensive and in full supply. If you can't cook anything on that kitchen, you have no business cooking at all. Oh and every single item in house has QR code with short video of how to use it! Trampoline is also awesome, kids were spending hours there! Location is great, you have a lot of shops nearby, in walking distances, as well as tons of restaurants. Great place, highly recommend! We've been in 60+ places in recent 2 years and that's probably first 5 stars we giving.

The accommodation was very nice, clean and beautiful. Quiet environment with a very beautiful garden and outdoor seating. The accommodation is within a great driving distance to both Disneyland and Paris. The hosts are very nice and helpful people. They allowed our family to check in early in the morning, even though the standard check-in is from 4:00 p.m. We highly recommend this place!!!

We traveled as a family to Paris and spent a week. We were in 3 different properties, and. The only place we were able to rest as if we were at home was Patrick's property. The location and property are perfect for families. Patrick was very attentive and cordial, a true 1000-star host. The location was very quiet, very close to the subway. Even the apartment was very clean, it had everything you need. The only downside was the shower.

First of all, I'm new here and have no comparison options. We were 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom, there is a large shower directly in the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That's enough for a shower, but comfortable is different. The living room is huge. The kitchen too. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but it should be standard. There would be plenty of room for that. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. Right in front of the kitchenette, it wasn't entirely safe. The residential unit has no air conditioning. This is unfavorable in summer. The view is priceless. View over the city is fantastic.

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.
