Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Oriente

Loved staying here. I studied in Oviedo many years ago and always loved this area in the old neighborhood. This is an amazing location right in the heart of casco viejo close to so many great spots. The apartment was clean as can be, well stocked with necessary items, and perfect layout. Check in was effortless and great with recommendations. Awesome building with kind neighbors who would hold the door open for you. Oviedo is one of the best places in all of Spain. This is an excellent location and value for money. Would 100% stay here again.

We were a couple of nights my partner and I to disconnect a little and, really, it's an ideal place for it. Ground floor of a two-story house with a small garden and stunning views. The apartment has all you need and is very comfortable. Exceptional cleanliness and communication with Lara de ten. It didn't make us good weather, but the village is a haven of peace and has a multitude of hiking trails to admire the scenery. We will definitely repeat!!!

It's hard to describe in a few words - it's a really cozy house for your stay. The house has EVERYTHING! 100% everything. We love to cook soups, that's why we bought a ladle. But in general, the house has everything for a comfortable life. David is a very nice and helpful host of the house. He immediately helped us with parking (you only have paid options near the house) and told us about all the local rules, which was very helpful. Super good internet and a great work area for those who still have to work on vacation or on a trip. The house has no dishwasher, but there is a washing machine with a dryer, which helps a lot when you are with a child. The location itself is amazing. The most important thing about this house is its owner. We had a difficult flight, but David met us, even when it was beyond the check-in time. Thank you so much and 100% great accommodation.

We had a great stay. The apartment has everything you need, even with small children. Unfortunately, we were almost never able to park on the street as all parking spaces were always occupied. We had to park about 7 minutes (walking distance). Otherwise, everything was really perfect!

Very friendly, both Sushi and Marcelino. They greeted us with a warm welcome and helped us transport our luggage to the station. They also provided us with information about the area and were there for anything. Pleasant stay.

Everything was perfect! The apartment is as described by the pictures. So cozy and warm! The view is just spectacular. Away from the main village, but still close enough to go there for breakfast/dinner or just a walk around. The surroundings are the perfect getaway to disconnect! Walking around you will find friendly horses and cows :) We always had a quick and perfect communication with Mayte, a very friendly and welcoming host. I would highly recommend it to everyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to stay! Thank you so much!

Very good stay, with very good location and parking nearby, the village has everything and you can walk anywhere.

It was a pleasure to stay at this apartment! Rossana is incredibly kind, she met us near the building and made us feel welcome right away. Communication was smooth from the start, and we even had the chance to check in a bit earlier. We stayed for two nights with our cat, so one of the biggest advantages of this place is that it’s pet-friendly, which we really appreciated! The apartment was clean and cozy, perfectly located near Riaño and not too far from Picos de Europa. We definitely recommend this place!

Marcos is a very good host. We arrived late at the accommodation but he waited for us until we arrived and explained everything kindly and even helped us find some dinner. The house is as it comes in the photos. It is a place outside of Gijón but very quiet and intimate. The house was clean, the bed comfortable, all the necessary utensils and more in the kitchen. Lovely and peaceful country setting. The house is very well stocked and even with breakfast items. Perfect place to rest and enjoy the area. Very responsive and helpful communication.

It was a good experience. Noelia is very nice and answered all the questions. Even sending photos of what was in the kitchen so we didn't have to bring too much, etc. He also let us leave later so we took advantage of the last day. The house is incredible, it has everything you could possibly need and more. The incredible garden overlooking the mountain and the super nice surroundings. You have trails nearby, but you can also take the car and 10 minutes away you have trails with waterfalls, etc. The supermarket is a little far away, but by car you can get there easily, and you can also visit the villages a little, with great restaurants, etc. The rooms are very good, everything is very clean and comfortable with views in each one. And the living room with the fireplace is really an amazing area to be at night with plenty of room. It really is an amazing house, we had a great time. Thank you Noelia for such a good experience. We'll be back!

Lovely traditional house in a peaceful setting. There is a beautiful beach you can walk to down a quiet back road, and other beaches very nearby. Enriqueta met us on arrival and departure and was helpful and friendly answering our questions. There is plenty of space, good storage and the kitchen is equipped well. We loved staying here. Thank you!!!

A fantastic stay. We were a family group and had a great time. It had everything you need and the house was renovated and great. Everything was very clean and tidy. He also left us a welcome gift. I would stay here again without hesitation.

We had an excellent 3 night stay in Pilars beautiful apartment right in the centre of town. Pilar gave us several restaurant recommendations, one being La Sifoneria (20 metres away), it was so good we eat there every night! We cannot recommend Pilars apartment highly enough.

An ideal stay, we were there for work, and the truth is that there are few places like this. Encarni was very friendly and helpful at all times, all the services were a 10, the TV, kitchen, bathroom, rooms, heating, close to downtown, 100% recommended.

Had a great time. Jamie's place was perfect for our needs. Only a short walk into Potes, was actually closer than we thought. All in all would highly recommend.

Perfect apartment for our needs, comfortable, spacious, well equipped, clean and tidy. Parking space in the building, convenient and with easy access to the internal elevator. Our children really enjoyed the bedroom equipped with some games. Friendly host, always available and responsive. Very useful tips for visiting the region and for meals. Luanco is a very nice coastal town and convenient as a base for exploring the region.

Excellent apartment. Very conveniently located, close to the center. There is a supermarket 5 minutes walk away. There is a walking trail 5 minutes away. The apartment has everything you need for living. Excellent underground parking. The owner and hostess were very nice, friendly. We will come back again.
