The accommodation is comfortable, nice and very clean with everything you might need. Carmen is a wonderful host; communication is quick and she makes everything easy for you. A couple to repeat.

We had a great experience in Cosgaya exploring the surroundings and the Picos de Europa. Miguel is a tremendous host, always helpful and with great suggestions. The apartment has all the facilities for a pleasant stay.

The apartment is in a good location, spacious and very well-equipped. It also has underground parking.

Well-equipped and very well-located accommodation (at the entrance to the city when arriving from the highway, 5 minutes' walk to the city center and with a supermarket in front of the residence): the ideal place to visit Llanes, its surroundings and the peaks of Europe. Private parking in the basement is a real plus: you can be sure to be able to park at any time. Pablo is very responsive and answered any questions we had and Laura greeted us in person to explain everything. Very nice.

We couldn't be happier after the time we spent at Alicia's apartment. She was lovely, always attentive. The apartment is a paradise, with dreamy surroundings. A super close and very nice beach, a super comfortable garden, the apartment itself with everything we needed and more, and super clean! It's a 10 out of 10, you couldn't ask for more. The arrival was really good, we were really well received as soon as we arrived with recommendations etc. and the same when we left, really good service. An ideal stay, we were there for work, and the truth is that there are few places like this. Encarni was very friendly and helpful at all times, all the services were a 10, the TV, kitchen, bathroom, rooms, heating, close to downtown, 100% recommended.

A place with incredible peace and very nicely located. If you are looking to spend a few quiet days, it is an ideal place. It is surrounded by nature, with the beach very close and very well connected to visit picturesque villages and eat in good restaurants. We repeat for sure!

An Asturian Paradise: An Unforgettable Stay! Our stay at Maria Dolores' house was simply perfect. We traveled as two adults, three children and a dog, and found an extremely comfortable and clean house in an idyllic setting. The location is a true paradise: a beautiful bay with an impressive church in the center and the spectacular Playa del Barro a stone's throw away. It's a quiet and relaxing place, ideal for both disconnecting and working if you need to. María Dolores, thank you so much for everything! We'll definitely be back.

A little slice of heaven in the heart of Oviedo! If you want to be in the center of the action, this is the place. The apartment has everything you need to make a visit great. Host assistance was always responsive. The bar/restaurant scene is expansive and accessible. Historical landmarks abound, all within a short walk. Highy recommended.

The apartment is a chulada and with a breathtaking view that allows you to enjoy San Vicente at all times. Everything was very clean and correct, the key management was very organized. We will definitely do it again.

The apartment was in an ideal location to visit Santillana del Mar, very comfortable and quiet. And safe parking was provided.

The apartment is well located, in a nearby area, walking, in the center of comillas but quiet, close to the CA-135 to take the A8 and move around. The house stands out for its careful decoration, cleanliness and comfort of its beds. Communication with Nuria was easy, valuable and very pleasant in the deal.

The apartment is small but for what we wanted it to be sleeping was great, it has a lovely terrace the pity that we could not use it for the bad weather but it would definitely repeat

We stayed 5 nights at the apartment. Very comfortable and well decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is very practical. It is a very quiet area and the village has a very nice beach. Aroa took care of us very well, advised us on the best restaurants and places to visit in the village and surroundings. Totally advised.

Quality accommodation within walking distance of the town of San Vicente de la Barquera. This two-floor flat is well equipped, very clean and extremely comfortable. The garage space is useful but most days we were able to park in the street right outside the flat. Good to have a swimming pool too, though the beaches nearby (San Vicente, Oyambre, Comillas ...) are so good, we didn't make use of it. Highly recommended for a holiday in this area.

Charo was fantastic, the duplex is beautiful with great views, super nice stay, swimming pool, jacuzzi and fantastic surroundings. A plus is the parking space in the same building. A 10 for the stay. Thank you for your kindness, Charo.

We stayed here for four months, and it was the best rental experience we've ever had. If you want to see the incredible landscapes of Llanes, this apartment is in the perfect location to explore them. It’s very safe, clean, and well-maintained, and the host is incredibly responsive and helpful. We loved absolutely everything about our stay!
