Lauren was proactive, clear, and friendly in all communication—she reached out ahead of time with a warm welcome and offered incredibly helpful information about the home, the neighborhood, and even curated recommendations for restaurants, cafés, and local experiences. Her attention to detail and genuine thoughtfulness set the tone for the entire stay. The property itself exceeded all expectations. It was immaculately clean, beautifully styled, and had a calming, modern aesthetic that immediately made me feel relaxed and at ease. We had the most wonderful stay at Nigel and Denise’s place. The views were absolutely breathtaking – waking up to the ever-changing water and skies was pure magic. The house was thoughtfully designed, immaculately clean, and incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the cozy living areas, and the luxurious bathrooms with spectacular views. Everything was exactly as described – or even better! Thank you for creating such a peaceful and beautiful retreat. It was the perfect base for our Tasmanian adventure. We would absolutely love to return someday!

We had a wonderful stay at Quarry Hill Lookout. The house was incredibly well-stocked, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed and more. There were plenty of books and games that kept our family entertained throughout the trip. I especially enjoyed the coffee machine, which quickly became part of my morning routine and a calming start to each day. One thing that really stood out was the thoughtful placement of clear, specific instructions around the house. Whether it was using the fire heater or operating the coffee maker, everything was meticulously explained to make our stay easy and enjoyable. The indoor heating worked very well and kept us warm and comfortable. There was also a large area for parking, which made it very convenient. Nicola was a super friendly and thoughtful host who made us feel right at home. Highly recommended!

One of the best places I've stayed at - very special location. Only issue we had was a contankerous TV remote which froze and required the unit be reset continuously - otherwise a perfect property.

It’s the little things that really stood out: a pantry stocked with essentials like olive oil, a lovely selection of teas and coffee, and even fresh milk waiting in the fridge. These thoughtful touches made such a difference. The decor throughout the house was absolutely stunning—stylish yet cozy, with so much attention to detail. And the views? Absolutely breathtaking. The home is in the perfect spot, with scenery that you’ll remember long after your trip is over. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it!

We absolutely loved our week at Michelle's place. It was a great base to do all of the stunning Tassie Peninsula hikes and the view from house is spectacular. We were lucky enough to see a pod of seals lazily swimming by on the morning we were leaving. What a treat!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Chalet. We were welcomed with a basket full of snacks to enjoy during our stay and a well equipped kitchen including many supplies. Louella was very responsive and communication was always on point if we had any questions or concerns. The outdoor bath is a must on a property like this one as you can hear absolutely nothing while enjoying the amazing views.

We had a wonderful stay at Sonia’s Airbnb! Sonia is a truly kind and thoughtful host—she was incredibly helpful throughout our trip. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed, and we were especially impressed by the detailed travel guide she personally made. It gave us a deeper understanding of Hobart’s history and culture, and added so much value to our experience. The location is also perfect: very close to the city center, yet tucked away in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The large floor-to-ceiling windows were a highlight—they offered stunning views of Hobart and let in beautiful natural light. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hobart!

An excellent stay in the most well-cared for Airbnb we have seen. Luxurious, cosy, local recommendations, and host was available and proactive. Many little touches to enhance your stay. This will be one of your best accommodation experiences during your travels. A highlight on the app for sure.

The place was absolutely lovely. Very clean, cosy, easy access to extra towels and blankets, incredible view of the river, close to Mona, huge tv that’s easy to use. It was a really peaceful space. The hosts live above and said hello but otherwise left us to ourselves. I think they would have been up for a chat if we were. The kitchen was stocked with a few essentials and some treats which was lovely. Highly recommend!!

Great place for a short stay. It is private, clean and comfortable. Within walking distance of food options and close to Freycinet National Park.

Julie's place is a fantastic place to stay in Hobart. It was super convenient, cozy and peaceful, and we felt right at home. There was even a lovely little box of treats on the dining table waiting for us when we arrived! Would highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay at James place. The place was very clean and comfortable and nice to relax after all day exploring Hobart. We were also able to check in early which is a bonus! James have been great! Highly recommend this place

We had a great time staying at Robert’s Condo. The location was great for walking everywhere. Close to good cafes and restaurants. Robert added some lovely unexpected little additions which made us feel right at home. Thank you! The condo itself is large and has modern amenities. We look forward to travelling back someday with our 1 year old son.

Roxy and Ambre have done a beautiful job with this unit. You can hear the waves crashing and see the beach from the apartment. Beautifully clean and bed was really comfortable. You are close to many yummy restaurants and a few with delicious vegan GF options. If you like op shopping like me you'll find them in walking distance to the apartment. We stayed for 6 days and the neighbours were lovely saying hi to our son each day. The beach is also a kids paradise with a swing on the sand and an area the community have set up with toys. Lovely little touches in the apartment with a rain jacket and umbrellas. We just loved it and will definitely be back. Thanks for making our holiday so relaxing.

An amazing location and spot, the hosts were attentive and the room was spotless and adorably homely! Not to mention the amazing views, sad we didn’t book for longer! Definitely will be back next time.
