The Balcony

A unique apartment where you can relax, immersed in a centuries-old forest on the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, less than an hour from Bologna. It is located at the Villini Archetta Mattei, eccentric buildings designed by Count Cesare Mattei, the father of electropathy, who lived and worked in the magical Rocchetta Mattei a couple of kilometers away. The Count's friends and patients were staying at the villas, a rare romantic experience for the time in the Apennines.

Basic fee for up to 2 guests. Children under 2 years old who only need a travel cot stay for free but will be charged a fee to use the swimming pool. The "latorrettadiriola" apartment is inside a turret built in 1860 by Count Mattei, renovated in 2016, and is equipped with: on the ground floor, a double bedroom with a large bed and a warm and welcoming bathroom, equipped with every comfort. On the first floor, reached by a unique wooden spiral staircase, there is a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. It has a courtyard and a terrace where you can rest.
