This stunning modern house is just 150 metres from beautiful Whangamata surf beach voted no. 1 beach in NZ in Jan. 2018. Accommodation is on the UPSTAIRS LEVEL OF THIS HOUSE. Just like a good wine, this centrally located holiday home at the north end of Waihi Beach with all the toys is best enjoyed with good friends and family. Great location, just mins walk from shops and beach plus local fav beachfront Flat White Café. Lots of extras (pool table, ping pong, volleyball and pétanque court, boat garage, bbq and outdoor area, PlayStation, unlimited wifi and Netflix) 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sleeps 10, perfectly set up for groups of family and friends.

Location, location, location! A hop, skip and jump to Waihi Beach's famous 'Flat White Cafe' and stunning 10km ocean beach. Not so glam on the outside (but we are working on that) but inside it's a little winner - almost brand new with all the comforts in a home away from home.
