The spacious (25 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate private bathroom across the non-private hallway. It has a kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer & a printer/scanner/copy machine. Heating with heat from the earth and by spring 2023 we will be almost CO2 neutral thanks to our new solar roof. Until then possible workemissions.

It is a 7-minute walk to the train station. You can reach Zurich City in 20 minutes and the airport in 30 minutes. Stores, restaurants and an indoor and outdoor swimming pool are within walking distance. You can relax in the nearby Hardwald forest with a popular viewing tower and numerous barbecue areas.

I am offering my apartment for the periods when I am away. The apartment has an extra room which I will use to put away 90% of my things so that you don't have to worry too much. It will be furnished with fresh bed linen and towels and everything you might need.
