The apartment we stayed in was very clean and there was everything you need even for a longer stay. We had a spacious terrace and a shaded parking space. The beach was less than a minute away and two grocery stores are in a cca 5 minutes of walking distance. Neighbourhood is quiet and we really enjoyed our family vacation there. Will definitely come back and recommend it.

Жилье соответствует описанию. Чисто, продуманы многие мелочи. Например -сетки на окнах и выходе на балкон, защитные средства от комаров, много кухонной утвори, ножи, доски и даже два вида ножей для овощей. Следует учитывать, что жилье очень компактное, но мы впролне вмещались (3человека). Душ совмещен с туалетом. Это не совсем удобно. Море близко, 10-12минут и вы на песчанном пляже. Есть пляж и ближе, около 3 минут, но там камни. Из номера открывается вид на море. Рядом магазин и бар. Есть отличная зона барбекю с полноценной кухней.Чистый бассейн с удобными шезлонгами и туалетом.Нам очень понравилось, хотели бы вернуться еще.

The location is perfect for us to visit the town of Zadar. It just takes around 8 minutes walk. Besides, Helena has provided very detailed information about the house and recommendations of restaurants and viewpoints around us.

This place is quite good place to stay . Near to beach and bus stop . It is small house but comfortable , clean and well equipped for small family. House was clean and has basic amenities, Our flight was delayed but host was very responsive and he was at the gate to pick us up and guide when taxi arrived, They also offered to keep our luggage after the check out. - Area has several good restaurants and shops near by in walking - Borik beach is walkable distance - quite near to bus stop to take the bus to city center / Also cheap by uber to reach city cent er We will sure return

Bei der Anreise konnten wir die Medikamente bis zum Appartmentbezug kühlen - super! Die Zimmerausstattung entsprach der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Top - wir konnten unser Fellkind, die Labradorhündin ohne Probleme mitnehmen, auch nicht selbstverständlich. Bis zum Strand mit schattenwerfenden Kieferbäumen waren es ca. 350 m, zur Einkaufsmöglichkeit Konzum ca. 500 m und zur Bäckerei 900 m - alles locker zu Fuß erreichbar. In die Altstadt mit seinen Sehenwürdigkeiten sind es ca. 5 km. Tagesausflüge zu den Kornaten, Krka-Wasserfällen, Starigrad mit Paklenica, Zmarnja-Schlucht (bekannt aus Winnetou-Verfilmungen) oder in die romantische Kleinstadt Nin mit der Saline können einen Zadar-Aufenthalt neben dem Baden durchaus bereichern. Das Appartment - in der 2. Strandreihe ist sehr ruhig und bringt einen nicht unerheblichen Enstspannungsfaktor.

Sehr nette Unterkunft, alles modern und sauber. Alles hat funktioniert. Nette Atmosphäre. Gut wäre aber ein Insektenschutz an den Fenstern der Schlafzimmer. Sonst jederzeit gerne wieder.

Appartamento appena ristrutturato e dotato di tutto il necessario, a pochi minuti da una meravigliosa spiaggia e in posizione strategica per visitare la Dalmazia! Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è stato assolutamente conveniente. Unica pecca: il check-in non è stato semplicissimo, in quanto le host che ci hanno accolto non parlano che croato; tuttavia, nonostante le piccole incomprensioni iniziali, si sono mostrate molto gentili e disponibili. Torneremmo sicuramente!

Jurica is a very friendly host. The warm and welcoming atmosphere which the couple showed to me, was also noticeable in the lovely apartment i booked. I felt during my whole stay very welcome and comfortable. The apartment is located very central in posedarje and I went every morning to the sea. Thank you for the great time Jurica :)

We had a great stay at Ivan’s apartment in Zadar. The location is very convenient, especially being so close to the airport, which made our arrival and departure hassle-free. The apartment itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Having on-site car parking was also a big plus. Ivan was an excellent host—very friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. He provided great recommendations for local attractions and places to visit, which really enhanced our experience! Highly recommended!

Eine schöne, sehr saubere Wohnung mit toller Lage. Filip und seine Familie waren sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus hat mehrere Wohnungen und die Wände sind teilweise etwas hellhörig. Alles in allem kann ich das Appartement sehr weiterempfehlen.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Everything we needed was available to us. All the rooms are well situated and furnished with great attention to details and practical matter. The place is tiny, however enough big for two people. Very clean, located in a peaceful area and perfect for a short stay. There were no issues with getting in touch with Sanja, she was very helpful. I totally recommend Sanja's place!

It was the best accommodation in Croatia that we have ever had. Very nice apartment, great, quiet location, everything needed was nearby. The hostess was a nice lady, we got fruit and she made us great pancakes with homemade jam. We recommend it to everyone and we would love to come back here

Gospodarze bardzo mili i sympatyczni. Na przyjazd przygotowany poczęstunek lokalnych produktów oraz wino. Piękne plaże w okolicy domu (na plażę przyjeżdzają również z okolicznych miejscowości). W zależności co lubimy są plaże z większa ilością osób oraz takie bardzo prywatne gdzie możemy często być sami 😉 Około 4km do miasteczka gdzie można zrobić większe zakupy oraz pospacerować. Jeśli będzie tylko możliwość na pewno będziemy chcieli wrócić w kolejnych latach.

Das Appartement Star war äußerst harmonisch eingerichtet und blitzblank sauber. Marina hat ein wirklich gutes Auge für Farben, die sich ergänzen und zugleich Akzente setzen. Positiv bemerkbar machte sich auch die vollausgestattete Küche. Es gibt vier Herdplatten mit ausreichend Töpfen und Pfannen, um auch alle gleichzeitig zu nutzen, wenn man Mehreres gleichzeitig zubereiten möchte. Auch ist ein Backofen mit zwei Blechen verfügbar. Das gab es in anderen Unterkünften meist nicht. Dazu kommt die fantastische Lage: schön ruhig wie in einem kleinen Dorf und nur 30 Minuten Fußweg in die Altstadt von Zadar. Die Kommunikation war herausragend, Marina antwortete äußerst schnell und war sehr zuvorkommend. Es gab nichts auszusetzen!

We had a lovely stay at Dino’s place! The apartment with the little private garden were beautifully decorated and super clean. You have everything you need inside and our hosts were always ready to help us with all kinds of things and questions , such as ferry rides, tours, car/ scooter rental. The place is close to many supermarkets and a big shopping mall, so we could always buy our groceries quickly before our daily activities. We highly recommend staying at Dino’s place and would love to come back again!

Der Strand ist fußläufig und Zadar ist mit dem Auto sehr schnell zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war genau so wie in der Anzeige beschrieben und ist sehr gut geeignet zur Erholung :)!

We were very happy to spend our holiday in the apartment of Sinisa. We found everything what we needed there. The flat is very nice and modern. Plus - the balcony for my morning yoga was perfect. And close distance from the SportArea Višnjik was something what we were looking for. Our priority was train there; and the 2km distance on foot to downtown only was second privilege for us (our soft part of our daily training). We used to go to the beach outside the city - by car. We have changed the beach destination every day. When we come to ZADAR in the future, we will contact Sinisa again.

Ivana’s place was amazing to stay at during our visit in Pag, strongly recommend her place to anyone who is looking for a clean and cozy place!

Très bon séjour dans ce logement très propre et spacieux. Nous avons été reçu par de super hôtes, souriant et réactif pour chaque demande. La piscine est très agréable et le jacuzzi permet d’avoir une superbe vu et de profiter du couché de soleil. Je recommande vivement.

super séjour, avec une belle piscine et proche des commerces et des plages autour. tout était bien, hôte accueillant. manque juste un micro onde dans l appartement. Environnement reposant. et magnifique ville de Biograde. une ville avec des personnes calme et zen.

El apartamento de Vjera es muy cómodo y práctico. Estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Muy bien equipado y ubicado en una zona cercana al casco histórico. Cuenta con un espacio muy cómodo para estacionar el auto sin ningún costo adicional. Vjera fue muy amable, nos brindó información sobre cosas para hacer en la zona y nos recomendó restaurantes y actividades, además contestaba los mensajes muy rápido. Tuvimos una muy buena experiencia.

Everything was great! Host was super friendly and helpful, apartment was clean. City center, bus station and sea reachable within 30min walk. Frane's mum even cooked a cake and brought to us, that was incredibly cute 😊
