Vacation rentals with a pool in Općina Ražanac

...we will definitely be back (actually we don't go to the same place again)! Here the exception is worthwhile ♡ Dragana and her mother are very warm people. We felt totally comfortable. The surrounding area is very quiet. Approximately 15 minutes to Zadar. The place Nin is beautiful. The beaches all look different. Good for the "beach" and town hopping. Krka National Park is also beautiful as well as the Plissees Lakes. Our 6th small round trip through Croatia and also the best. Thank you ♡

We stayed with Antonio in the house for 10 days in August. We were received very nicely by Antonio's mother, who carries out the check-in. She lives in a unit in the house, is available for questions but otherwise you don't notice her much. One evening, she grilled delicious fish for us. Great big pool, great outdoor kitchen and clean house. All as described. I will gladly come back.

A great house! Everything is super new, just like in the pictures: clean pool, modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms each with double bed + 2 couches, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces (upstairs+downstairs). Beautiful view from the upper terrace of the sea and the mountains. The sea and supermarket are within walking distance. The place is small but sweet, it feels like it is being expanded - which is why you sometimes hear some construction noise. We didn't notice much from the neighbors. Josip is great, he personally welcomed us and explained everything and was always available. All in all: highly recommended for anyone who wants to relax a bit!! (Zadar is easily accessible, for example, with Uber in about 30 minutes.) We felt very comfortable.

It was clean, everything was new. The Host was very nice and always open for questions. The pool was fresh and clean and the house is very modern. We enjoyed our stay. 10/10 recommend

I was at Damir's house with my kids and husband. It was very pleasant and very nice. The kids had a lot of fun in the pool and also on the beach. Damir is a very friendly host. Since we arrived late, he picked us up at the supermarket and took us to his house. The mom brought us fresh crêpes the next day and when they grilled he grilled extra fresh fish for us. A very warm family and a very nice house. Thanks Damir for the wonderful time☺️!

It’s a really nice accommodation with pool. The host was friendly and always there for us when we had questions. Check in and check out was super easy, convenient and quick. I stayed there with some friends and it’s fairly close to Zadar to do daytrips or go out at night and easily get back. It’s a new building with modern equipment and furnishing. I would 100% recommend this place.

We didn't lack anything. We felt at home thanks to the hospitality. Very lovely hosts with a big heart. The place was excellent and very comfortable. I highly recommend it. Thank you for the wonderful time.

We loved our week in this house! Thank you Tea for your warm welcome and for the supplies that you left in the fridge. The pool was private and warm, the terrace was perfect for relaxed meals and there were supermarkets and services in reasonably close proximity. The house made a great base for visiting the different towns and beaches, but we were equally happy relaxing "at home" in the sunshine.

This place is amazing, everything what you need on holiday - beautiful view, swimming pool, sea and mountains. The apartment was alsow graet and very cozy, just like home 🙂 Perfect place for unforgettable vacation. Thank You!

Really nice view with great host. Private pool with the three other apartments and private access to a really nice bathing spot in the Adriatic ocean.

The place was very well maintained and in a pleasantly quiet location. The pool and jacuzzi were always very clean and there were plenty of free lounging options. In the apartment, everything was as described and everything was well maintained. Radovan was a very likeable host with good English skills, the exchange was easily possible at any time. We will certainly be back!

What should we say. This is a wonderful location to relax (the terasse is huge!). Both hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming. The sleeping rooms were good for us and our kids. We slept fine. Air condition worked wonders 🤣. The kitchen had everything we needed. A big fridge is there too. The WC is a bit small but again, enough for us. Really nothing negative..Thanks again 🫶 (not just for the figs 🥳) The private pool was pretty private ;-). The guests of the other apartment were gone during the day so we had a full pool day to ourselves. The pool was super clean too! And enough places to rest at the pool. They have a BBQ house too but we didn’t use it. We were too lazy to grill 🤣 Two good restaurants just few minutes car drive away.

We stayed there for the autumn holidays. Since the season was already over, it was very quiet and peaceful. A lot had already been closed. But Kata had warned us that we would be a week late, so to speak. Nevertheless, it was very nice there. We cooked ourselves, which was no problem in the well-equipped kitchen. For the 5 of us, two adults with three children (9,9,12), the space was good although we spent quite a lot of time in it and often had to eat indoors because of the not always good weather. The beach is also very nice in autumn and perfect with kids. We were also able to bathe well when the sun showed up. We would definitely come back.

We were received in a very friendly manner. The accommodation was super nice and the pool was a highlight that we liked to use. The outdoor kitchen was also great, cooking in the warm temperatures outside was very pleasant. Pool was cleaned daily. If we had a problem, we got a very quick response. The surroundings were quiet. A rental car is advantageous because the nearest shopping facilities are not right around the corner. In short: We felt very comfortable and definitely recommend the accommodation. My family and I stayed with Marijana at the end of September. The place matched the description and was a relaxing experience with the pool. Our hostess was very warm, helpful and even regularly brought us fresh fruit from her garden and helped us with many great tips for the area. Unfortunately, the location of the place is not really central. In the surrounding villages there are small beaches, but you should consider having a car for exploration, as it is very quiet nearby and you have to drive a little further out for more action. Nonetheless, it was a great stay and we say goodbye gratefully from Vrana, Croatia. ❤️

This was our second tíme in Sabunike. We really liked the house which was clean and spacious. However, we missed microvawe oven and Kettle which would be really helpful. Which isnt mentioned in the description - the house IS right behind the restaurant . On one hand- IT IS Nice, because you just walk out the house and you are in the reataurant,but on the other hand- there are sometimes people eating and looking at you. Anyway. We really enjoyed our stay in Sabunike. House Has nice garden, it IS 10 minute walking from the beach, IT IS close to restaurants, shop and the bar. The lady and her family who are the owners, were really Nice ! We definitely want to come back next year!

We stayed in villa for 7 days with 7 people. A huge house, which really leaves nothing to be desired. You absolutely have your peace as the house is a bit secluded. Check in and check out was straightforward and communication with the local host was really quick and accommodating. Overall we had a really good time and highly recommend this place

Loved our stay here. A peaceful location. Very spacious house, very clean and comfortable with lovely pool. The garage was good to have too. Great location for easily getting to lots of different places and also a really easy short distance to the airport. There are a couple of shops in the local village handy for getting food. Kristina was a lovely host, very welcoming and available for any questions. Would be really happy to stay here again :-)

We had an amazing stay in the House Nisa! The house was impeccable and spacious, with convenient amenities. The pool was the highlight of the stay - large, comfortable, and enjoyable. Moreover, the hosts were very kind, treating us to the delicious fruits and vegetables from their garden. A bit more storage in the bathroom and toilet would be appreciated, but overall, it was a fantastic experience. We highly recommend this place for an exceptional vacation.
