Vacation rentals with beach access in Općina Ražanac

Our stay in Ljubač was lovely. The view from our balcony was fantastic, especially at sunset. Checking in and out was impeccable and the place has everything you need. If something is missing, Marc will be there immediately and take care of it. We found the apartment in a sparkling clean condition and the outdoor pool and garden made the little paradise perfect. Marc is a very warm host who is always available and has great tips for excursions or restaurants ready. The evenings we spent together with him and other guests of the house in his own small restaurant were other highlights of our vacation. Marc was more of a friend than a host for us during our stay. We will definitely come back! Thank you for everything Marc 😊

Direct and side sea view with landscape panorama, super clean apartment, good amenities, very good air conditioning, modern window shutters that really darken, practical outdoor shower, stable internet. Our child was happy about the cats, the dog and the 3 swings (instead of the no longer available trampoline) in the garden. The host is super friendly and always helpful. Beautiful, child-friendly, very flat sloping sandy beach with free umbrellas 5min walking distance. 2 nice restaurants with playgrounds by the sea. 20min to the beautiful old town of Nin. We had a delightful time.

We felt right at home and in good hands. The hosts are very friendly and always ask if everything is okay and if you need anything. We had everything we needed and were very satisfied. The view of the sea tops everything, of course, and is beautiful to see in the morning and evening. If the accommodation had a pool, everything would be perfect. The sea is very close but often the water is often not very clear or a little dirty. But otherwise it's wonderful.

We rented this place for one night. Unfortunately , the room was no longer available. The host offered us if it would work for us to stay in their home in their room. We had the option to cancel the reservation. For one night it was great for us. Beautiful house. Facing the sea and the cliffs. A beautiful garden with figs, tomatoes, lemon , etc! We were welcomed with a very fresh syrup as well as freshly cut watermelon and figs from the garden. A very nice warm welcome from this family. They did everything to make sure we were as good as possible despite the cancellation of the room. We slept in their room. The bed is comfortable. It was hot , but in the initial rental provided there is air conditioning. Thanks for your hospitality!

Gordana was a loving and attentive host. The location of the apartment is unbeatable. Just outside the door you can swim and snorkel. In the village there is everything you need (bakery, consumption, restaurants, pharmacy, ice cream parlor,...). We will definitely be back! Thanks for everything

I highly recommend Jadrana's place. We spent a week with him and were satisfied with everything. The apartment is perfect for what we saw in the pictures. The decor is tasteful and the furniture is comfortable. Thanks to the renovation of the house, it was pleasantly cool in the house even in the biggest warm weather. Almost anything can be prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. The huge terrace is a nice place to eat and have a morning coffee. The surroundings of the place are quiet and the sea is so beautiful and clean that you definitely have to visit here. And Jadrana's kindness and helpfulness guarantee a carefree rest.

Great place to stay! The place was super clean and very well maintained – you immediately feel comfortable. Unfortunately, it is a little far from the nearest town. Otherwise, really perfect – highly recommended!

We stayed with Antonio in the house for 10 days in August. We were received very nicely by Antonio's mother, who carries out the check-in. She lives in a unit in the house, is available for questions but otherwise you don't notice her much. One evening, she grilled delicious fish for us. Great big pool, great outdoor kitchen and clean house. All as described. I will gladly come back.

If you are vacationing with small kids look no further, this is your place. We were staying here with our little ones ages 1, 3 and 5 and it was perfect for us. The house is right by the beach and there is a nice view of the sea from the terrace. The beach is super safe, water is clean, shallow and warm (even in June).

I was at Damir's house with my kids and husband. It was very pleasant and very nice. The kids had a lot of fun in the pool and also on the beach. Damir is a very friendly host. Since we arrived late, he picked us up at the supermarket and took us to his house. The mom brought us fresh crêpes the next day and when they grilled he grilled extra fresh fish for us. A very warm family and a very nice house. Thanks Damir for the wonderful time☺️!

We arrived 2 hours earlier than planned but we were able to inform Andrej one hour before arrival and were then allowed to check in earlier. The house was clean and something to eat and drink was already in the fridge for us. An employee of Andrej explained everything to us and also came every morning in the morning when everyone was still asleep to clean the pool. In the house you can use the dishwasher and also the washing machine, tabs and dish soap have already been there. Outside, the lighting switches on automatically in the evening and unfortunately can't be turned off manually, which makes it seem like rooms from outside. There is a supermarket and a bakery nearby, which are open every day. It is about 30 minutes to Pag, there is also the nearest gas station and larger supermarkets. It is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment to the sea and you can walk directly into the water even without bathing shoes. All in all, you can take a great vacation here. Glad to come back!

The house was very nice and very quiet Great for two people. From the veranda we enjoyed the view of the sea and the sunsets. The beach (not pebbles) is a few minutes away by foot with a nice walk on the sea. We'll be back

We really enjoyed our holidays in this house. The house was spotless clean. There was everything that we needed in the house. The beds are very comfortable. The host was very helpful and answered all our questions. Nobody disturbed us during our stay, the whole house was at our disposal.

The place was nice, with everything we needed. The bed was good, a nice shower and nice to have an airco! The kitchen had everything we needed. On top of that all was the garden super! Specious, quit en has a nice bbq place! Loved it en most definately would come back!

My family stayed here for four weeks. Mirjana's house was perfect for a long stay because the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. You may find more supplies than you expect. Since we are Asian, making Western dishes isn't always easy, but the kitchen tools made it much easier. The place itself was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth, and her sister, who lives on the floor right below, was always ready to help. The house is near Borik Beach, which is great fun for kids. We'd love to come back here someday. Thank you 😊

An apartment in all respects Compliant with what the listing stipulates, very clean, very convenient with a pleasant terrace, and great services. The sea is 3 minutes away, the beach 5, the little cafe overlooking it is absolutely perfect. Afterwards, you have to be aware that the apartment is a bit out of the old town, and to get there you will have to walk at least 1 half-hour, unless you take the boatmen who have been operating since the 14th century from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. It was the very friendly owner who gave us the tip!

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

Very cozy and nice apartment in the outskirts of Zadar. Good for families.

This place was perfect. Check in and directions were easy. Cornelius was there to check us in. His wife Dina owns the coffee shop below and made the best Latte I have ever had. Every morning we would go down and get 2 Lattes and 2 freshly made croissants and take the upstairs to our place. We would sit every morning on the patio and drink our coffee and look at the beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea. It was just what we needed after a hectic trip to Venice. The fact that Cornelius answered our messages almost immediately was such a bonus. I had questions about restaurants and things to do. The bed was firm which I loved. There was also Netflix and Prime to sign on to. I cannot say enough about this place. It had everything we needed close by and it was away from the hustle. We just took the bus that stopped out from for old town and we took our rental to Plitvice and Split for day trips. We cannot thank Cornelius and Dina for making our stay perfect. We highly recommend this Airbnb.
