We had a wonderful stay at Ana's house and hope to come back soon! Amazing views from the terrace, good internet connection, two bathrooms which is a comfortable extra, and a well-equipped kitchen. Ana and her parents are lovely hosts, they went above and beyond. Highly recommended!

Ich war mit meinen Kindern und Mann bei Damir zuhause. Es war sehr angenehm und sehr schön. Die Kinder hatten sehr viel Spass im Pool und auch am Strand. Damir ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Da wir spät angekommen sind, hat er uns abgeholt am Supermarkt und zu sich nachhause geführt. Die Mama hat uns am nächsten Tag frische Crêpes vorbei gebracht und als sie gegrillt haben hat er für uns extra frischen Fisch gegrillt. Eine sehr herzliche Familie und ein sehr schönes Haus. Danke Damir für die schöne Zeit ☺️!

很愉快的一次入住，房子很大，我们两家人住的很舒服。

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist neu und sehr gut ausgestattet. Durch die 2 Bäder und 3 Zimmer ist das Haus auch für größere Familien gut geeignet. Die Lage ist ländlich, in der Nachbarschaft gibt es einige Hühner. Wenn man nicht zu sensibel ist, ist das aber kein Problem. Wir würden das Haus sofort wieder mieten.

Draganas Mutter hat uns sehr freundlich und herzlich empfangen. Sie waren immer da, wenn wir Hilfe benötigten. Es war super, dass das Tor abschliessbar war und es überall Moskitonetze hatte. Nachteile waren: Das warmwasser war sehr begrenzt und man konnte höchstens 10 Minuten warm duschen. Das Bett war leider auch nicht so bequem. Unser WLAN war auch ziemlich schlecht.

There were six of us. We really enjoyed the house and Nada. Especially Lana. She speaks English really well and can explain everything. The house is very well located near the village of Razanac and is also a few minutes from the sea. Nada also brought fruit and vegetables from her garden several times and this counts for a lot in a stay in my opinion. In fact, it is the first time that a host welcomes us so well in their house. For this reason I congratulate Nada and her entire family. A truly unforgettable place. A fantastic experience. Thank you.

Het huis was heel ruim, super schoon en van alles voorzien! Robert was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Op 30min rijden van Zadar en dichtbij een klein strandje (waar je wel niet in het water kon). We hebben ervan genoten!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Braanko. Le logement était très bien équipé pour nous et notre fils de 2 ans et demi. La terrasse est magnifique et offre une vue à couper le souffle. Nous étions en quête de vacances en famille, mêlées de mer et balades et nous avons trouvé tout ce qu'il nous fallait aux alentours. Branko s'est montré très disponible, réactif et amical. Nous recommanderons cette adresse autour de nous et nous reviendrons avec un immense plaisir si nous en avons l'occasion ! MERCI !

Nous avons passé une nuitée dans cet endroit et tout s'est parfaitement bien déroulé. L'appartement était conforme à la description, propre et très bien situé. Les hôtes se sont montrés disponibles . Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme et le confort du logement.

Appartamento munito di tutti i confort descritti, ottimo per una vacanza rilassante. La casa si trova in un villaggio molto tranquillo, la mattina ti svegliano gli uccellini, per raggiungere le spiagge come si vede dalla posizione ce bisogno dell'auto. Il pezzo forte sono Vera e la sua famiglia, gentilissimi e disponibilissimi, anche perché abitano affianco. Il papà di vera ci ha deliziato per tutta la vacanza con ottimi meloni, e angurie di sua produzione, e ci ha permesso di prendere ortaggi e frutta dal suo giardino. Addirittura un giorno siccome la mia auto non partiva più per colpa della batteria, prontamente mi ha aiutato a metterla in moto con dei cavetti, e mi ha indicato dove prendere la nuova. Anche la mamma, ci ha curato un otite come si faceva una volta in modo naturale, con delle gocce delle sue miracolose piante di aloe. Che dire, straconsiglio scegliere questa casa, e l'unica nota negativa che posso trovare, e che ce ne dobbiamo andare via, e come lasciare dei parenti.

Spędziliśmy fantastyczny czas w tym miejscu! Dom położony jest bardzo blisko morza, z widokiem na przepiękne zachody słońca. Z tarasu roztaczał się malowniczy krajobraz, a wieczory spędzane w jacuzzi były idealnym sposobem na relaks. Wnętrze było czyste, zadbane i bardzo wygodne – wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy, było pod ręką. Gospodarz był niezwykle miły i pomocny – łatwo było się z nim skontaktować, a na dodatek otrzymaliśmy świetne rekomendacje dotyczące lokalnych atrakcji i restauracji. Cisza, spokój, wygoda - idealne miejsce na wypoczynek!

Denis was an extraordinary host, always ready to help, replying instantly. We arrived at midnight and the very next morning, he came to ask if everything is ok with the accommodation. There was a teeny tiny problem that Denis solved right away. The apartment was nice, well equipped, the beach is very close. This is a very good accommodation we can recommend.

Das Penthouse befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage und bietet einen wunderschönen Panoramablick- Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang inklusive 🥰 Die Unterkunft ist in der Realität sogar noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Der Strandzugang und auch ein lokaler Bäcker sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Martina war eine sehr freundliche, aufmerksame und tolle Gastgeberin. Kommen sehr gerne wieder 😊

Magdalena & her husband were such fantastic hosts and very quick to respond and support us with anything we needed. The apartment is fantastic and we felt it was even bigger and better than in the pictures. There are three good size double bedrooms and one has a great en-suite. The roof terrace is a great place to sit and relax (as long as you bring insect repellent in the evenings!). The pool is a perfect temperature and has plenty of sun-loungers. They have the best BBQ of any AirBnb we have ever stayed in, so if you like to cook outdoors then you won't be disappointed. The property is close to several lovely beaches and you can be in Zadar old town within 30-minutes plus it's also a good starting point for visiting the island of Pag. The small local supermarkets are very expensive so I would suggest doing a big shop at the Interspar in Zadar before arriving as we found it to be about 20% cheaper. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Magdalena's place.

Eine klare Empfehlung! Sehr nette Gastgeber, persönlicher Empfang und Super Kommunikation! Sehr hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen, viele hilfreiche Tipps um die Gegend zu erkunden. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt! Die Solardusche war der Hit! Die Feigen immer sehr lecker und frisch! Wir waren super zufrieden und würden gerne wiederkommen! Blazenka und Iva sind tolle Gastgeber! Hvala🤍

A great apartment for 5 guests. We were given a welcome by the host's daughter who showed us everything we needed. Everything was clean, tidy and spacious. The outside seating and dining areas were perfect and the shared pool was the highlight (we were all sad to leave it behind!). If you have a car, as we did, the location is fine (7 or 8 minutes drive from the old town car parks) but it would have been a long walk without a car. Highly recommended!

Muy lindo departamento y muy buena ubicación si estas con auto. Marin fue atento y nos dio recomendaciones sobre dónde comer y qué playas visitar. Recomendado!

Un appartement en tout points Conforme à ce que l'annonce stipule, très propre très pratique avec une terrasse agréable, et des prestations nickel. La mer est à 3 minutes, la plage a 5, le petit café qui la domine est absolument parfait. Après il faut être conscient que l'appartement est un poil excentré de la vieille ville, et pour vous y rendre il faudra compter au moins 1 demi-heure à pied, à moins de prendre les boatmen qui fonctionnent depuis le 14e siècle de 7 à 23h. C'est d'ailleurs le tres sympathique propriétaire qui nous a donné le tuyau!

Sehr schönes, modernes Apartment. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Es ist alles vorhanden und es fehlt an nichts. Tolle Lage, mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Das Apartment liegt in einer Apartment Anlage. Wir hatten Glück und waren die meiste Zeit alleine in der Bucht. Vielleicht hatten wir nur Pech, doch oberhalb der Bucht verläuft eine Straße auf der während unseres Aufenthalts tagsüber sehr viele Motorrad Fahrer unterwegs waren. Abends und in den frühen Morgen Stunden war es sehr ruhig. Wir haben die Zeit bei Christian sehr genossen.

Highly recommend! Friendly, competent host. Great location - close to a beach, bakery, bus stop. Two markets within walkable distance. Terrific balcony, spectacular view of channel and sunset.

Děkujeme za skvělou dovolenou v Kožinu, v moc hezkém a útulném ubytování, s možností procházek podél pobžeží a výběrem mnoha míst ke koupání. Stephanie reagovala na zprávy ihned a vyřešila vše co jsme potřebovali. Mohu jen doporučit.

Luka's place was even better than we expected - the Airbnb was spacious, modern and the rooftop deck was huge and had a view of Zadar old town! We walked into old town in less than 1/2h, used the secure underground parking and has a great time in the place.
