Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Općina Ražanac

Ana et sa maman nous ont accueillis très chaleureusement. Le logement est magnifique avec ses deux terrasses (une au rez-de-chaussée, l'autre à l'étage), propre, fonctionnel et confortable. On peut garer sa voiture juste à côté. Endroit particulièrement calme et paisible avec la plage toute proche. Je recommande vivement ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, merci à Ana et sa maman !

Ein tolles Haus! Alles super neu, genauso wie auf den Bildern: sauberer Pool, moderne Küche, 3 Schlafzimmer mit je Doppelbett + 2 Couches, 2 Bäder, 2 Terrassen (oben+unten). Schöner Ausblick von der oberen Terrasse auf das Meer und die Berge. Meer und Supermarkt sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Ort ist klein aber süß, gefühlt wird er gerade ausgebaut - weshalb man manchmal etwas Baulärm hört. Von den Nachbarn haben wir nur wenig mitbekommen. Josip ist super, er hat uns persönlich in Empfang genommen und alles erklärt und war immer erreichbar. Alles in allem: sehr empfehlenswert für alle, die sich etwas ab vom Schuss erholen wollen!! (Zadar ist aber z.B. mit Uber in ca. 30min. gut zu erreichen.) Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ich war mit meinen Kindern und Mann bei Damir zuhause. Es war sehr angenehm und sehr schön. Die Kinder hatten sehr viel Spass im Pool und auch am Strand. Damir ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Da wir spät angekommen sind, hat er uns abgeholt am Supermarkt und zu sich nachhause geführt. Die Mama hat uns am nächsten Tag frische Crêpes vorbei gebracht und als sie gegrillt haben hat er für uns extra frischen Fisch gegrillt. Eine sehr herzliche Familie und ein sehr schönes Haus. Danke Damir für die schöne Zeit ☺️!

Wir befanden uns 6 Tage in der Unterkunft. Es handelt sich um einen alleinstehenden Bungalow gegenüber dem Haus der Eigentümer. Der Bungalow war sehr sauber und entsprach den Bildern. Klimaanlage vorhanden. Zudem gibt es draußen eine Außendusche sowie eine Hängematte, welche wir benutzen durften. Allgemein waren die Eigentümer sehr freundlich zu uns! Sie brachten uns fast täglich Leckereien (frische Melone, eingelegte Kirschen, Feigen, sowie gekochte Tomatensoße). Am Anreisetag erhielten wir neben Keksen noch eine Flasche selbstgemachten Schnaps. Das Meer ist ca. in 2 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar und einfach wunderschön dort! Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Danke für einen tollen Aufenthalt! 🫶🏽

It’s a really nice accommodation with pool. The host was friendly and always there for us when we had questions. Check in and check out was super easy, convenient and quick. I stayed there with some friends and it’s fairly close to Zadar to do daytrips or go out at night and easily get back. It’s a new building with modern equipment and furnishing. I would 100% recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our holidays in this house. The house was spotless clean. There was everything that we needed in the house. The beds are very comfortable. The host was very helpful and answered all our questions. Nobody disturbed us during our stay, the whole house was at our disposal.

Prostorný obývací pokoj. Útulné ložnice, spousta úložného prostoru. Příjemná terasa na večerní posezení. Druhý malý balkón my používali na sušení prádla. Myšleno i na detaily, raid do zásuvky, sušák na prádlo, pračka, mýdlo, ručníky, olej mouka, sůl, ... Umístění přímo u moře, hezký slez do vody na plavání. Pláž hned vedle. Na začátku června velice poklidná příjemná obec. Milá paní domácí. Pobyt se třemi dětmi jsme si užili. S dvouletým trochu problém, že chyběla branka ze zahrádky a utíkal na cestu a rád vybíral popel ze stylových kachlových kamen, ale prostředí vevnitř i venku více než příjemné to všechno vynahradilo. Všichni jsme se rychle cítili jako doma. Odjíždíme s pocitem, že se ještě někdy musíme vrátit. Děkujeme

Très bon logement , tout neuf et bien entretenu Par contre l’arrivée était clairement autonome contrairement à ce qui était précisé sur l’annonce et la wifi était très faible voire inexistante Ce sont les seuls bémols de mon points de vue Je recommande vivement

Tolle Wohnung, sehr schöne Aussicht, die Lage des Pools ist atemberaubend! Wir hatten eine wunderbare und sehr erholsame Woche in der Ferienwohnung, würden sofort wiederkommen. Luka s Vater ist sehr hilfsbereit und man hat trotzdem viel Privatsphäre.

It was a great and super clean Apartment. Vera and her Family was Super nice. It was super privat and Calm. The only super small thing was the Entrance is easy to miss if you Drive with Google Maps so keep in mind that the Entrance to the property is in Busstop but Other Then that it’s a Perfect AirBnB for a Couple. :)

Tout s'est très bien passé, le logement correspond très bien à la description, la plage est à même pas 50 mètres a pied, le lieu est très paisible avec des paysages magnifiques.

Wir hatten ein tolles Airbnb typisch eingerichtetes Appartement im oberen Stockwerk. Der Balkon mit einem traumhaften Ausblick aufs Wasser ist das Highlight! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Appartement sehr gut weiter empfehlen! Danke! 😊🤙😎

Das Penthouse befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage und bietet einen wunderschönen Panoramablick- Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang inklusive 🥰 Die Unterkunft ist in der Realität sogar noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Der Strandzugang und auch ein lokaler Bäcker sind nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Martina war eine sehr freundliche, aufmerksame und tolle Gastgeberin. Kommen sehr gerne wieder 😊

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser schönen Unterkunft. Man hat einen riesigen Pool und sogar noch einen Whirlpool. Auf der Terrasse hat man einen großartigen Ausblick auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang. Pool, Whirlpool und die ganze Anlage sind Top gepflegt! Am beeindruckendsten war wie unglaublich ruhig es dort ist, egal ob in der Früh, Tagsüber oder am Abend, absolute Ruhe und Stille, genau das was wir brauchten! Sehr schönes, modernes Apartment. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Es ist alles vorhanden und es fehlt an nichts. Tolle Lage, mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Das Apartment liegt in einer Apartment Anlage. Wir hatten Glück und waren die meiste Zeit alleine in der Bucht. Vielleicht hatten wir nur Pech, doch oberhalb der Bucht verläuft eine Straße auf der während unseres Aufenthalts tagsüber sehr viele Motorrad Fahrer unterwegs waren. Abends und in den frühen Morgen Stunden war es sehr ruhig. Wir haben die Zeit bei Christian sehr genossen.

Highly recommend! Friendly, competent host. Great location - close to a beach, bakery, bus stop. Two markets within walkable distance. Terrific balcony, spectacular view of channel and sunset.

Martin was always extremely friendly and helpful. Whenever we asked for recommendations or didn't know something, he took the time to explain everything to us in detail with pictures and precise instructions. The apartment was in excellent condition - everything was clean and hygienic. The location was ideal, only a short 10-15 minute drive separated us from the charming old town of Zadar. The terrace was a little narrower than expected, so breakfast there was a bit of a squeeze, but the wide-opening French doors meant we could also enjoy the view from the comfort of the living room. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need, so we didn't want for anything. There was plenty of parking space in front of the house so that several cars could be parked without any problems. Overall, we were very satisfied and can highly recommend the accommodation for exploring Zadar and the surrounding area.

Děkujeme za skvělou dovolenou v Kožinu, v moc hezkém a útulném ubytování, s možností procházek podél pobžeží a výběrem mnoha míst ke koupání. Stephanie reagovala na zprávy ihned a vyřešila vše co jsme potřebovali. Mohu jen doporučit.

Ubytování u paní Jasny bylo perfektní, nádherný být, okolí, prostě vše! Lokalita je výborná pro ty kdo chtějí soukromí. Paní Jasna a manžel jsou velice milí a přátelští lidé a kdykoliv Vam jsou k ruce. Ubytování doporučuji všema deseti. Super!

This place was perfect. Check in and directions were easy. Cornelius was there to check us in. His wife Dina owns the coffee shop below and made the best Latte I have ever had. Every morning we would go down and get 2 Lattes and 2 freshly made croissants and take the upstairs to our place. We would sit every morning on the patio and drink our coffee and look at the beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea. It was just what we needed after a hectic trip to Venice. The fact that Cornelius answered our messages almost immediately was such a bonus. I had questions about restaurants and things to do. The bed was firm which I loved. There was also Netflix and Prime to sign on to. I cannot say enough about this place. It had everything we needed close by and it was away from the hustle. We just took the bus that stopped out from for old town and we took our rental to Plitvice and Split for day trips. We cannot thank Cornelius and Dina for making our stay perfect. We highly recommend this Airbnb.

Martina was extremely helpful with questions about the area and places of interest, plus providing us with an iron ! A beautiful propery, as described with a lovely garden. So peaceful and close to the beach.

I can say without any hesitation that it was the greatest accommodation experience on Airbnb. It is more than worth your money and everything is good. The host was very kind to us. The accommodation is located near the beaches, and it is 5 5-minute walk to the sandy beach as well.
