The resort has tennis courts, pools, hot tubs, arcade, golf, a marina and a lazy river and cabanas. This is a boaters paradise! This unit also comes with 2 parking passes and additional parking if needed.

Sheldon Castle is a registered Baldwin County Historic home. It is a unique, artistic structure right in Fairhope but secluded on a side street. The Eastern Shore Art Center is down the drive and across the street. From there you are in wonderful downtown Fairhope. The studio suite is a completely private part of Sheldon Castle with the Sheldon descendants in the rest of the home. Mosher Castle with a moat and dragon is next door. Our guests are invited to walk the grounds of both castles.

This is a dog friendly (25 lb. max weight) site (with fee) We have 2 fishing kayaks and bikes available. Bring your fishing gear, canoe, paddle board we have a neighborhood launch and dock. We are located 10 minutes from Gulf Shores Beach and Zoo. We are 20 minutes from Shopping. The RV comfortably sleeps 3-4 adults. Quiet hours are 10pm - 6 am daily. Soak up the sun as you kick back on the balcony and count the dolphins while being lulled by the sound of the waves and the salt air breeze.

Casa Verde: Heated Pool +JET SKI & Pontoon rental

Across the street is the ocean & behind the house is the lagoon; it's the best of both worlds. Swim, fish, crab & paddle board in the lagoon, then swim in the ocean & chill on the beach. Rinse off in the outdoor shower & enjoy the heated pool. FYI: pool heating costs extra: $50 per day (for 8 hours of heating - you pick the hours). You're welcome to use the Green Egg grill. We rent kayaks, a paddle board & a jet ski too.
