This home has 2 bedrooms, each with a full bathroom . Located only 3 miles to Onekama and Bear Lake for fishing, swimming and dining. Lake Michigan beaches are just a 5 minute drive. Marked 1/4 mile private hiking trail for quiet walks with the kids and pets. Washer and dryer, air conditioning, sofa sleeper for extra guests, pin ball game and full kitchen. Wood and marshmallows included for the backyard fire pit with 3 separate outdoor seating areas. Little River Casino is just 8 miles away.

The HOUSE SHARED bathroom has it's own side entrance, across from the Cabin. There is a SUMMER SHARED porta-potty and proper shower, right close by, as well. I have just put in this apartment. So everything is new. A very relaxing view of the lake from a private patio. Also, if you are lucky, you can see deer that come through early morning or late evening. My location is off 22, 1.4 miles south of 8 Mile Rd. Eight Mile Rd runs off 22 and 31. I am across the street from the lake. Second house on the right on private paved drive . I have a black bear mailbox at the end of my driveway. Makes it easy to know where to turn into the drive.
