A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. In the immediate vicinity, a bakery, butcher and pizzeria can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. Lake Karlsfeld is 1.3 km away and is an oasis of tranquility. Doctors and the shopping mall are 500 m away. Edeka, Aldi and Lidl can be reached in about 700 m. Otherwise, you can also enjoy the great location in the garden. Small 25sqm studio garden house in a green environment. It has an own entrance and has a private terrace. Very quiet and safe location close to Nymphenburg palace and canal. Nevertheless it is not far from the centre, subway ride takes only 5 minutes to Munich Central Station. The garden house underwent a reconstruction and is completely new refurbished.
