Im nächsten Umkreis Bäckerei, Metzgerei und Pizzeria zu Fuß in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Der Karlsfelder See ist 1,3km entfernt und ist eine Oase der Ruhe. Ärzte und das Einkaufszentrum sind 500m entfernt. Edeka, Aldi und Lidl ca. in 700m erreichbar. Ansonsten kann man auch im Garten die tolle Lage genießen. Es steht Ihnen eine gut ausgestattete Küche zur Verfügung.

Gemütlicher Bauwagen zum Wohlfühlen, im Garten mit Birn- und Apfelbäumen und mit zwei Laufenten. Idyllisch zu jeder Jahreszeit. Zum See geht es aus dem Gartentor, über die Strasse und noch 150m..., dann steht man am Badesee, Rundgang um den See 1,5 km. Autark im Bauwagen. Eine Selbstversorgerküche und ein separates Bad befinden sich im Nebengebäude, eigene Nutzung (nicht im Wohnhaus der Familie). Wir (Gesa und Christoph mit unseren beiden Kindern) wohnen im Haus auf demselben Grundstück.

Ruhige Lage mitten im Schwabinger Westen mit guter Anbindung (U-Bahn, Bus und Straßenbahn). Ihr erreicht von hier die Innenstadt, den englischen Garten oder die Isar in weniger als 30 Minuten. Zu Konzerten in der Olympiahalle oder im Olympiastadion könnt ihr in wenigen Minuten laufen oder einen schönen Spaziergang im Park mit traumhafter Aussicht vom Olympiaberg unternehmen. Nevertheless it is not far from the centre, subway ride takes only 5 minutes to Munich Central Station. The garden house underwent a reconstruction and is completely new refurbished.
