Vacation rentals with beach access in Ölüdeniz

Muharrems and his wife are the best characters we have ever met on Ab&b. So helpful on anything we asked about. Also gave us some home made yoghurt several times, location of best bread we have ever had in Fethiye. Also bought us some home made Stuffed Vine leaves, really tasty and just like ones I have had before in Crete. Really enjoyable three weeks in May & cannot wait to go back again for three weeks in September/October. Top Notch 👍👍👍

Ev tertemiz ve ev sahibi dost canlısıydı. Konum olarak Fethiye merkezde her türlü imkana sahip güzel bir evdi.4 kişi (iki çift) olarak çok rahat konaklayabilirsiniz.Bir daha Fethhiye ye gelirsem kesinlikle uygunluğunu kontrol ederim kalmak için :)

Debo decir que el departamento tiene una vista espectacular pero hay que subir muchas escaleras y no es recomendable para personas con dificultades para movilizarse. por suerte me ayudó un señor a subir el equipaje y el taxista para bajarlo. Enes responde rápido los mensajes ideal para personas jóvenes o buen estado físico. por lo demás está muy bien ubicado en una zona muy comercial. Lo mejor de todo es la vista al puerto lo encontré muy limpio.

It was a nice accommodation. A great experience for anyone planning to stay in the Kabak area. The host was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Большое спасибо Умуру за гостеприимство и отличный отдых нашей семьи! Квартира была шикарной: три спальни, четыре ванных комнаты, три балкона, огромная красивая гостиная с новой мебелью и полностью укомплектованная кухня. А ещё свой бассейн с лежаками и летней кухней. На кухне в квартире были моющие средства, вся необходимая посуда и даже новые губки для мытья посуды — Умур продумал всё до мелочей. Отдельное спасибо за два больших баллона с водой, бутылку белого вина и нарезки с закусками, которые ждали нас по приезду. Особенно хочу отметить идеальную чистоту в квартире — пять уборщиц (!) готовят её перед въездом новых жильцов. Рядом с квартирой есть «Мигрос» (буквально в трёх минутах ходьбы) и «А101». Через дорогу — красивая набережная для прогулок и пробежек. Умур — самый лучший хозяин квартиры, который встречался нам за время наших путешествий с Airbnb. Было ощущение, что мы в гостях у друзей. Умур, ещё раз большое спасибо за наш отдых!

Even cuter than the pictures. Place was very clean. Easy check-in and so convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. Very walkable. Tufan was quick to respond to any questions I had. Enjoyed my stay and would stay again if I returned.

Ahmet’s place was perfect in terms of location and space for three people. Much to do around the area including shops for any groceries. The place was very clean and exactly like the images. Ahmet and co were friendly and very accommodating to all our needs. Also he was very helpful during check in / check out. Would highly recommend. Thank you for such a welcoming and lovely stay.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Villa rundum genossen. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der makellosen Sauberkeit – alles war blitzsauber, gepflegt und liebevoll hergerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und wohl. Die Villa ist nicht nur geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch ideal gelegen: Der Strand ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt, was besonders praktisch für entspannte Tage am Meer ist. Gleichzeitig ist auch die Stadt schnell erreichbar – ideal, wenn man zwischendurch mal bummeln, essen gehen oder einkaufen möchte. Ein weiteres Highlight war der private Pool: sauber, angenehm temperiert und perfekt zum Abkühlen und Entspannen – ein echtes Plus! Die Kombination aus Ruhe, Komfort, Strandnähe und Stadtnähe macht diese Unterkunft wirklich besonders. Wir können sie ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We loved our stay here. The host was always very quick to reply and answer any questions. Gizem was also flexible with check in even with unexpected flight delays which was so helpful and made it stress- free. The villa is beautiful and exactly like the photos, it was perfect for our family holiday. Every room was so clean and modern with everything we needed. There’s several good restaurants nearby where you can watch sunset from and only about a 30 min walk to the main town. Would definitely recommend.

Saliha Hanım konaklama sürecim boyunca çok yardımcı oldu. Evdeki her şey fotoğraflarda görüldüğü gibiydi. Her şey temiz ve düzenliydi. Ev son derece nezih ve güvenilir bir semtte yer alıyor. Ev ulaşım olarak çok rahat bir bölgede yer alıyor. Tekrar tercih edeceğim bir ev ve lokasyon. Ev sahibim Saliha Hanım’a yardımseverliği ve misafirperverliği için çok teşekkür ediyorum.

Olumlu yönler ; Ev tam fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi. Her yer çok temizdi. Havuz bakımlı ve güzeldi. Bahçe çok güzeldi hatta taze soğan toplayıp yemeklere kattık. Havlular ve yataklar çok temizdi. Sabah kalktığınızda kuş sesleri huzur veriyordu. Şömine ve mangal olması çok güzeldi. Gayet güvenli bir konumdaydı. Olumsuz yönler ; Bir şezlongun kilit sistemi kırıktı. Elim arasına sıkıştı ve parmağım ciddi hasar gördü. Jakuzinin fıskiyesi çalışmadı. İnternet bağlantısı hiç yok denecek kadar azdı. Gelişime açık yönler ; Havuzla sebzelerin arasındaki alan çok boş kalmış. Oraya da bir şeyler ekilebilir veya hareketlendirilebilir. Yan villalarda inşaat devam ettiği için gürültü geliyor.İnşaat bittikten sonra tercih edilebilir. Salondaki halı değiştirilebilir,lekeler var rahatsız ediyor. Navigasyon ile geleceklere tavsiyem önce Göcek’e gelip arka yoldan gelsinler. Dalaman tarafından girince yol inanılmaz bozuk. Tüm bunların dışında rahatlıkla tercih edilip gelinmesi gereken bir yer.

This place is as good as a budget-friendly AirBnB can get. The place was great, as advertised. The host and his family were kind and welcoming. The place is pretty close to Fethiye downtown (walking distance), so I was expecting parking to be an issue. But parking was a breeze as well, even during one of the busiest times of the year (Eid holiday)

Nevzat’s villa is very nice, great value, and the location is good. The hosts are also very responsive and friendly. Would recommend.

6 kişilik arkadaş grubumuzla doğanın içinde harika bir yerde 2 gece geçirdik. Ev tertemizdi, eşyalar oldukça yeni, mutfak malzemeleri eksiksizdi. Evde hoparlöre kadar her şey düşünülmüştü. Havuz tertemiz, bakımlıydı. Çevresinde yakın evler olsa bazen ses gelse de mahremiyet çok güzel sağlanmış, biz rahatsız olmadık. Arkadaşlarımızla çok keyifli vakit geçirdik, kendi evimizdeymişiz gibiydi, içimize sinmeyen hiçbir şey ile karşılaşmadık. Tatilimiz boyunca en çok kurduğumuz cümle “Mutlaka tekrar gelelim.” oldu. Keşke olsa dediğimiz tek şey toptu, onu da biz bıraktık :) Özer Bey de her konuda çok yardımcı biri, giriş çıkışlarımızda esneklik sağladı, sorularımıza her zaman cevap verdi ve her zaman ulaşılabilirdi. Bu güzel deneyim için çok teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar gelmek için sabırsızlanıyoruz.

Probably the best Airbnb we have stayed in. What made this so special was the excellent host, the accommodation was perfect with every need catered for. Highly recommended. We hope to return, what a lovely area and what an amazing country with such kind and friendly people!

We liked the beautiful unit. We rented a car from Enterprise to get around after the 1st day. Recommend Tlos ancient city and get the guy there to guide you around, and pay him 400 TL. Fantastic. Also Patara Beach sand dunes - wow! Free and totally amazing. Do not go to the pay beach also called Patera. It costs way way too much.

Ailece konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık, site ve çevre çok güvenli ve aileye uygun. Dairede tüm eşyalar mevcut, ayrıca Oğuz bey çok sıcakkanlı ve bize çok yardımcı oldu. Konumu gözlemlediğimiz kadarıyla yazlık villaların bulunduğu bir muhit ve dolayısıyla biraz şehir merkezinden uzak. Biz seyahatimizde dolmuşları kullandık. 4 dakika mesafede bir dolmuş durağı var ve oradan şehir merkezine gidebiliyorsunuz. Sonuç olarak harika bir konaklamaydı, oğuz beye tekrar teşekkürlerimizi iletiyoruz..

Logement mieux que sur les photos, agréable séjour, Mme Deniz est très sympathique, les instructions pour arriver au logement très claires. La plage accessible avec transport public en 10 minutes ( même sans voiture) Tout à proximité Résidence impeccable Mes enfants ont adoré la piscine

First at all - Kemal super friendly and positive person. Like battery with extra power for all who near :) Apartment is the best in our experience for many journeys. And I’m sure this apartment and community is the best in Fethiye. Super green, super clean swimming pool and super clean territory. Powerful AC system, soft water and all new. Near Fethiye you can find small town Gocek - for us it was discovery 💡 Amazing place, restaurants, people and town.

Meric was a lovely host and the location of the apartment couldn't have been better - just steps away from a common pool and the beach, as well as a short walk to Calis boardwalk, where there are lots of restaurants to choose from. We had a lovely and relaxing stay, with lots of room for the whole family.

our stay at Ramazan's Villa was great, Very peacefull, relax the villa is in a great location with Markets and restaurants near the area. we had a great time, Ramazan is always available to help and Answer all your needs. this is a great place to stay in your next visit to oludeniz Area. I will deffinately Stay here on my next trip to this beautiful country.

Osman's was ideal for what I needed. He was friendly and helpful and available if I had needed him. The accommodation was spacious and clean with a lovely pool. Ideally, you need a car as it is a bit of a trek to the shops.

This is a nice and clean place with beautiful swimming pool right in from the apartment. If we come back to Fetheyi again. We’ll stay at this place.
