We had a wonderful stay! The house is simply awesome, very well maintained, spacious and with a beautiful garden. The location is great, quiet and yet easily accessible. Viviane and her parents are incredibly helpful. You feel welcome straight away. You can tell that they are there with a lot of love. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back. Thank you for everything!

Spectacular stay, immersed in the Gallura countryside, in the garden of the house tall oak trees, shady, and a beautiful swimming pool to cool off in the absence of a nearby beach. We had the very pleasant company of two kittens, polite and affectionate, and as night fell, a land hedgehog visited us, curious but discreet. Very cool house inside, a pleasant surprise for the start of summer. Unexpected amenities in a country house: the dishwasher! It saved us from tedious after-dinner housework. Comfortable beds, a large bathroom with a washing machine, and a large and bright dining room. And surprise... free Wi-Fi! We thank Antonio for the pleasant weekend and we will be back!

100% recommended, the house was very clean and tidy, we had everything we needed. The outdoor areas are wonderful and we really enjoyed the pisicina and the barbecue Davide was always attentive to everything we needed and was very kind. He recommended activities in the area and places to eat and dine Again, no doubt.

When you rent such an Airbnb in this price range, what you expect is: - beautiful interior and exterior - absolute privacy - stunning view / nature - private(!) pool - luxerious appliances If you expect the above, your expectations will be met. Since its a very rural area, there are not as many bistrots and restaurants, but there are some. Beaches and bigger cities with many options are only 30min of driving away. We found Costa Paradiso (and especially the Li Cossi beach) to be the most beautiful area of Sardinia. It is not close but its easy to reach from Nulvi, this is why I am mentioning it. Antonio and his wife are charming. What we especially appreciated was, that the host only visited the Airbnb in the early morning. You are "really" alone there. If you plan a Sardinia trip with your significant other and look for one stop with romantic total isolation, dont hesistate any longer and push that button.

We had a lovely stay. Beach, restaurants and supermarkets were all within minutes of the property. We were 4 adults and a teenager and there was plenty of space for us all. The garden and pool area were absolutely fabulous. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Casa Katy is a beautiful place on the harbour . We had 3 couples, but needed 4 bedrooms, and this place fit the bill perfectly. Nice , clean , modern , well equipped accommodation in a very unique and special location . I would highly recommend this place for anyone wants to be in this part of Sardines .

Our family loved our stay at this beautiful home. It was very peaceful and private. Gian Piero was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Home was perfectly clean with everything you need guaranteed. Walking distance to a beautiful beach for snorkeling and a grocery for food. I highly recommend this place for your next stay, you will not regret it.

What an amazing place to spend your vacation. Laura and Mario's cottage is completely in the great outdoors with the sea, the cliffs and small bays of Coscia di Donna literally in the backyard. Laura and Mario welcome you personally and are always there for you. Also Pablo, Noisette (the two cute dogs) and the three cats sometimes come to visit. The cottage is furnished in an old Sardinian style and equipped with every comfort, with a very nice bed. The grounds and garden where the cottage is located has been designed and developed with a lot of love by them and you can see that in everything. For us, this was such a vacation where it was a pleasure to spend the day at the cottage itself. Simply enjoy and be guaranteed to completely relax! The village of Stintino and the beaches of Le Saline and Pelosa are a short distance away and offer you everything you need. From good food at Lina, tasty sandwiches at Meloni to excellent fresh pizza at Regata. Perfect. We highly recommend it

Perfect stay at home Karmis. Very nice and well-maintained apartment, with lots of spaces and a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea. Really excellent cleanliness of the house, although it was large there was nothing out of place or anything that was not clean and fragrant. Ylenia was a really kind person, also very helpful in giving us local advice, as well as being very clear in providing us with all the information of the house. Very fair value for money. I highly recommend this place!

Beautiful view of the coast. Great outdoor space. Large patio with chairs to relax. Please be advised the property is at the end of a 2 km dirt road that can be a little more rough than I would have liked so maybe plan your car accordingly. Otherwise a great place to stay very well worth the price and would very highly recommend.

We stayed in a villa for 15 days, where everything is planned for a good holiday. Very well equipped accommodation. Lots of utensils in the kitchen. A very large terrace In an environment in the countryside, with fruit trees in the garden, we were able to enjoy it 10 mins to shops, beaches and restaurants We thank the owners and Carlo who was always there to answer all our practical and tourist questions. We really enjoyed staying at Emanuela’s Place. The apartment was clean and cozy. Also it was equipped with the basics you need for cooking or making a barbecue. Emanuela also responded very quick to messages and was very helpful if there was anything we needed. We totally recommend this place!

Lovely villa set on a quiet road close to beaches

Marco was a great host, very responsive and helpful. We got stuck with our car on a Sunday evening and Marco organised a local to help us. He also provided us with lots of recommendations what to do and where to go. The apartment itself is beautiful and located with a couple of other vacation homes close to Sardinia’s north west coast; some hints: check out road conditions first before driving down dirt roads - they can be really bad and you can get stuck easily. And: the coast is really wild and beautiful but the beaches are not always easily accessible, especially with small children.

The good stuff first. A beautiful,modern,clean apartment. Everything thought of and a kitchen to die for! We simply loved it. Communication was excellent and there is absolutely nothing negative to say about the property itself. The sunrise view was stunning. The not so good: As a fit couple in our 60’s getting our luggage/food/water from car to front door was a series of steps upward (23). Access requires you to be fit. We were off season ( late May) and subsequently the only people around but the cafe below our balcony played from 9:30 am to 9:30pm either piano music on a loop or euro pop. We fear the completion of the pool next door will further spoil the tranquility of this beautiful apartment. Time will tell. That all said, if you want a genuine taste of Italy in all its beauty and wonderful local people we’d recommend Capo Falcone and the idyllic town of Stintino. We had a great short stay at Antonio's. The accommodation is clean, the rooms are spacious, the bedding comfortable, and the place is very quiet. Antonio also had thoughtful touches for us. I would highly recommend it!

If you want a quiet escape which overlooks the Stintino wilderness then look no further! The house is beautifully cared for, so clean and the evening sunsets are to die for. Mattia is very quick to respond and his team are so welcoming. They made our stay marvellous. There is a small supermarket a literal stones throw from the property meaning you don’t have to worry about driving for too long. Mattia also shared a map with all the great sights and beaches… we recommend La Saline followed by one of the quiet cove beaches on the west coast… topped off by a home cooked meal watching the moon. Thank you Mattia!

Heaven! Giovanna's place is a serene little place overlooking the amazing sea. Our trip just ended now at the end of May and we felt that all the beauty around us was just for us, since there were few people in the neighberhood. For us that was perfect. The green grass in front of the house was amazing for our little boy who played each day therr as he woke up. We were a family of 4 people, plus the little ine, and the space was perfect for our needs. La Pelosa beach is just a 15 min drive away. You need a car to get around, it is impossible without. Thank you Giovanna for allowing us to have such an amazing time in Sardinia!

We had a great and relaxing few days at Luigi's place. His parents welcomed us very kindly at the accommodation and the house is very nice and quiet in the middle of nature. The apartment is simple, but nicely furnished. The only criticism: It would have been nice to know beforehand that there is no door to the bathroom.

Francesco’s place is really nice. Full of light and air. Nice terrace, patio, large living room with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything works well. The apartment is a few steps from the beach, bars, restaurants and the old town center is a nice 20 mins walk. You can take the bus for 1€ though ;-)
