Very clean and comfortable space. Bed was comfy and we really liked the space!

We had everything we needed. We appreciated having the kitchenette. Parking was easy. The space was just right for two of us and we were able to relax each day after sightseeing. I enjoyed reading one of the books Anna had stocked in the room. Anna was easy to get a hold of and gave us recs for sites and restaurants.

This was our second time staying at Christopher's Airbnb! We love the University Heights neighborhood and this rental is in the perfect location - walkable to lots of coffee shops and restaurants! Although we did not have any issues, the renters were very responsive in communication. Will continue using this rental for future San Diego visits!

Joaquins place was so nice and as pictured. We felt so at home and had everything we needed for a nice stay! We really appreciated the hospitality and the bikes were a plus! The location is great and parking was easy. The bed was comfortable, everything was perfect. Some tips: the place was a little difficult for us to find (a user error Im sure) but we looked at the trash cans for the house number. To adjust the seat on the bikes there are tools attached to one of the pouches on one of the bikes. You won't be disappointed in this rental, would definitely stay again!

Brian was easy to communicate with and was very helpful with suggestions on how to get around and options available he made sure we knew what was in the local area and there were clear instructions when we were there with restaurants and places to go inside. It was exactly as described and photos were exactly as seen on screen inside the cupboard were family games,books, beach items to use if needed including beach towels he had thought of every thing. Thanks Brian we had a wonderful time 🥰

If you're looking to spend your San Diego stay in a beautiful, quiet, walkable location this spot is for you! The hosts were super accommodating: local dinner recommendations, beach chairs, umbrellas etc. Every morning we woke up to the sound of parakeets and pacific ocean waves crashing onto the nearby beach shore. The beach and a few cafés are within walking distance while San Diego, La Jolla Village, and Torrey Pines are all within a 35 minute drive. Overall this stay is an incredible value for anyone looking to explore La Jolla and the greater San Diego area.

Kai is definitely a superhost. He went above and beyond to help my brother and I feel welcome in the neighborhood; he gave us many suggestions of activities as well as restaurants nearby. The bikes provided were great as we went on a nice bike ride along the beach and to some of the suggested local hotspots. The apartment was quiet but still a quick Uber ride to downtown and our other events. Kai was always willing to respond if I had any questions. Kai also worked with me as we needed a late check out to make it to a baseball game and store our luggage still before our flight. I definitely love this location and will be returning and recommending to others!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit was clean and very well stocked with necessities. The location was perfect for us and we highly valued the assigned parking space. The weather was lovely and we were able to enjoy a nice walk along the coast line to the nearby little beach town and stopped for a morning coffee and an acai bowl. Cody was super fast to respond to any questions we had. Would certainly stay again.

The house is absolutely gorgeous, we’d love to come back again if possible. The balcony is cute, nice place to drink and chill with friends. We got everything we need in the house. And the neighbours are cute. We are so grateful that you responded fast to us when we needed help and it made things so much easier. Thanks again 😆❤️

We really enjoyed our stay! The casita was clean, nicely decorated, and had a great yard for our dog. The home was close to beaches, restaurants, and everything we wanted to do. We appreciated the driveway parking and the fact that Alex was easy to communicate with and allowed us to check in early. The airplane noise is noticeable so I’d recommend headphones/ear plugs to get to sleep. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Dominic was a great host. The space came with everything we needed and then some. Free snacks was a great plus. Also the AC unit was an unexpected plus.

Daniel's San Diego home was an absolute dream come true for our family of six! It far surpassed all our expectations and stands out as our best Airbnb experience to date. The amenities were simply amazing – the game room, movie theater, pool, and spa provided endless fun and relaxation for everyone. Daniel was also incredibly responsive whenever we had questions. We genuinely hope to stay here again on our next visit to San Diego!

We had a great stay here! The place was exactly as described and super clean. Hosts were very responsive to all communication. What really sets this place apart is that it was by far the best stocked of the >50 Airbnb’s we’ve ever stayed in. They have really paid attention to the little amenities: condiments in the fridge, not just coffee and filters but even handy to go cups!, a variety of spices (way more than just salt and pepper), welcome snacks, and an immensely thoughtful array of a few emergency bathroom items (razors, feminine products, even bobby pins!) Truly above and beyond. Location was very convenient by airport. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything about Nathan's and Ryan's home was "chef's kiss" perfection for our family [my husband and me, and our daughter, son-in-law, and grandsons (ages 3 and 5)]! The way the home is designed really impressed us. We loved the floor plan, attention to detail (complete with toddler stool & all the amazing kiddo/baby needs!), and overall extremely well executed Mid-Century aesthetic. Our grandsons lived in the lovely pool, and while we adults sometimes joined them, we really enjoyed the various wonderful and relaxing hang-out areas of the backyard throughout the day and evening. We loved staying there, and will not hesitate to come again and recommend it to anyone in need of a superb recommendation of a fabulous Airbnb in San Diego. The boys lived in the pool.

Such a beautiful place to stay at! So many things nearby that you don’t have to go far to enjoy the space. Bills home felt like home with a beautiful view!

Kim’s place hit every mark on my checklist: safe, private, and amazing location. I went to San Diego to check out good nature spots (Balboa Park, beaches) food (vegan options only) and shopping. Every food option was less than 15 minutes away and every beach/shop was under 20 so that was really great. The Airbnb itself was very clean and hidden away which really helped us feel safe. It was slightly tricky to find but the instructions guided us there without issue. As stated, the garage is very small but our Corolla fit in there just right and having the spot was super convenient. There was a lovely spacious tub, the bed was amazingly comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. When one small issue arose with the keypad to enter the Airbnb, Kim was immediately responsive and everything was resolved instantly. I would stay here again without a doubt and very much recommend it to anyone with a similar checklist.

I enjoyed staying at Vivian's place and it worked just fine for my purposes. I was in town for a conference and the home is about a 20 minute walk to the convention center. The apartment was well appointed and I appreciated the in-unit washer and dryer. The home is in a quiet area of the city and fairly residential. There weren't many people walking around when I was coming back at night, which did give me pause as a solo female traveler, however I found the surroundings to be safe and had no problems.

I had a great time staying at Thelma De La Paz’s place! The space was cozy, very clean, and exactly what I needed for a comfortable stay. Thelma was a wonderful host - polite, welcoming, and super responsive to any questions I had. Highly recommend!

This was our second stay at this apartment, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. We love being so close to the beach and within easy walking distance of Ocean Beach. For week-long visits, having a well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook a few meals at home. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and having access to a washer and dryer is a huge plus. We will stay here again on our next trip to San Diego.

Melissa was an exceptional host! Throughout our entire trip, we only had one question for her, and she responded within just two minutes—so impressive! The place was spotlessly clean, the neighborhood was peaceful, and everything looked exactly like the pictures. This Airbnb made our stay in San Diego incredibly comfortable and hassle-free.

This place was absolutely amazing. Every detail and decoration was perfect, the views were surreal, located ideally in the middle of pacific beach. Able to walk to coffee every morning and enjoy ocean views from the comfort the living room. Host was very responsive and gave detailed instructions. Really couldn’t ask for anything more from an AirBnB!

This was a wonderful place to stay. My wife, my two children, and myself stayed here for three nights. Everything was a breeze, and we had everything that we needed. Mugs, glasses, plates, etc. were all provided. This is so conveniently located. You are within a three minute walk to Starbucks, a four minute walk to the beach, and a four minute walk to outstanding restaurants nearby. The area is safe, clean, and quiet. This place is ideal for a small family that is bringing only one car. If you bring more than one car, you have to park publicly on the side of the street, which is very inconvenient in my opinion. Geoff provided everything for us, including an extra twin size bed, sand toys for the beach, beach, chairs, and beach towels. We would love to stay with Jeff again.

It was lovely and clean and perfect for a staycation. Only thing was the TV apps for streaming didn’t work and had to watch regular tv but everything else was fine. Definitely recommend!
