The garden was mentioned in Sunset Magazine and featured as one of the premier gardens of University Heights.

Brand new bathrooms! In this updated space you will enjoy a spacious 3 bedrooms and 3 baths on the private level of a hillside home. A separate entrance, private deck, sunset views await. Private single level guest apartment (1,500 sq ft.) at the bottom of our family home. Bottom level overlooks a hill with unparalleled views of San Diego Bay, Point Loma, Old Town, etc. and includes a private deck. Guests access home via set of 12 stairs next to garage. Well lit staircase with sturdy railing.

Modern Sweet Home Stay, Hillcrest, A/C Parking W/D

This quaint bungalow sits in a prime location of Hillcrest, a highly desirable area in San Diego. It is very quiet and private and sits directly behind our house(pictured) with a beautifully landscaped brick courtyard. You are within walking distance to "The Heart of Hillcrest" where you will discover many fabulous restaurants, coffee and boutique shops, and so much more. We are a short Uber drive to downtown and everywhere else San Diego has to offer. We hope you stay with us soon!

Old Town Just Like Home w/Patio Casa

Best Location!!! Walk to all! Take the trolley, Uber! & Free gated one space parking. Please read the reviews! You'll love it too! It's Central & well furnished & a fully equipped kitchen. The Casita is a roomy, bright & comfortable duplex with a large lighted private patio/BBQ & free parking. Transit Center is a 6 minute walk, where you can pickup the city MTS trolley, or trains. "Old Town Trolley Tours" is fun. Our sister property is called: Old Town Patio & Tree Swing Casita

Canyon View Bedroom Suite

Keep it simple at this peaceful and private one-bedroom suite in the heart of Mission Hills. Enjoy the morning sun pouring in through the canyon as you relax in the plush queen bed or sit back and enjoy a movie on the 65" TV in the evening. This suite has its own private entrance and is separated from the main house by a security door. You are minutes away from downtown and the beach and just a short walk to the shops and restaurants of Mission Hills and Old Town.

Cozy studio in OB

Stay in the cozy studio, tucked behind my main house. The studio has queen bed with memory foam on the mezzanine level. The ground floor is a living room with fold up desk, a garden view, small fridge and microwave, two single chairs. Next to studio is private bathroom, open air shower and sink area. Outside relax in the shaded garden area just for guests. Please respect the no smoking on the grounds. You can borrow a push bike with lock and helmet.

Located in Mission Hills,10 minute drive from Balboa park, Old Town, airport, Downtown.You’ll love it because of the ambiance, privacy, neighborhood, comfy bed, microwave, fridge.Easy walk to bars, restaurants, stores, public transit.Things to note: no stove, dormer ceilings, tub (NO SHOWER). This safe space is located upstairs above my home. There is a separate private entrance, a queen bed. Feminine, flowery, funky, victorian decor.
