Spacious luxury studio

I had a wonderful stay at Fareed’s place! He was a lovely host, very responsive and quick to address any questions or issues I had. The property itself was spotless, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would happily book again in the future. Thanks, Fareed!

Tranquil Shepherds Hut

ReaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had such a lovely stay, the area was so cute and well laid out. Bed was comfy and it was very cozy in general. The views were stunning! Lots of nature and very tranquil. Really well stocked with equipment we required. All round, a fabulous find. Only issue was the hot water running out a bit quick. Otherwise, I would recommend for anyone who wants a peaceful get-away :)

Self-contained village annex

SimonRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Many thanks again for a wonderful stay... the entire weekend break while competing at Nene Valley Trails (30km race) and also catching up with my son was perfect. Geoff & Mary were such welcoming / helpful hosts - their immaculate converted annex stable barn is perfectly located to enjoy the delights of this beautiful part of Northamptonshire, and made us feel very much at home. Paul was a phenomenal and accomodating host! The stay was very serene. This is such a nice place to stay with family or pets! Beautiful scenery, and a cute village feel were just some of the amazing things about this cottage.
A traditional kitchen is highlighted by a classic stove set against a stone wall, featuring exposed wooden beams above. The stonework adds a rustic charm, while the dark hues of the stones are complemented by warm lighting.

The accommodations exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't have asked for a more comfortable and welcoming environment. Even Maggie, our dog, felt right at home. She was so comfortable that she put herself to bed each night! We can't wait to come back and experience it all over again.

Beautiful Grade II Listed Barn Conversion

Thank you Olivia and family for an amazing stay. We thoroughly enjoyed your beautiful property. Duddington is a beautiful village and all the locals were very friendly and welcoming. Your property had everything we needed and the additional extras like the teabags and coffee pods were great. We only needed to bring our food and toiletries everything else was provided. If we are ever looking for somewhere to stay in the area we would definitely book this property again.

*Bluebell Cottage*

LeslieRating, 5 stars5 days ago
A beautifully converted brick and slate cottage outhouse. Walk down to the end of a romantic, pebbled, garden path, among trees and flowers to an idyllic, completely private and silent, fairytale summer house, stylishly furnished. Outside an oak picnic table and chairs for dining with barbecue. On the night we arrived we could be found sitting on the grass, leaning on the nearest tree drinking tea at midnight, dappled light emanating from our cottage, well equipped for two people. Elton is a film set, begging to be strolled around at every opportunity. The Crown, 200 yards away, has great catering. Sue is welcoming, flexible, offering help without any intrusion.
An entryway with a tiled floor features a light-colored console table. A round mirror accents the wall, complemented by nautical decor. Natural light fills the space, highlighting a view through glass doors that open to a garden. A simple bench and a blue chair are positioned nearby.
